2025 Goals: Ins And Outs: Living Authentically

Howdy! This week I share my 2025 goals through sharing my list of ins and outs for the year. I feel like this video is late but really I guess better late than never. I recorded it right after the new year and finally had it finished to be published towards the end of january. It would be fun to reflect on this after a few months and see what really sticks and what else grows from this.
I felt the strong desire to not post this video at all, the self censoring has been the hardest thing ive had to overcome in my pursuit of being online. I know that nothing ive said here is anything that is even closest to the wildest thing ive heard online but its so new and raw and vulnerable for me i am squirming as i write this.
I want my process to be real and raw and to be something that is hopefully going to give someone the courage to be their own authentic voice in the world and sometimes it looks like sharing the uncomfortable parts that ultimately lead to growth. Doing new things is uncomfortable until we get used to it and that's just a part of the process babyyy.
