First my heart in 2014 then I had sepsis in my left kidney 2017 then had a silent stroke a few months later in 2017. It has only continued to get worse since then

In my opinion, if you are prone to be angry with somethings and hate somebody, you are likely to have high blood pressure. If you are peaceful and easy-going person, you won't get high blood pressure.
