Thanks mate, glad to hear that! You and your MS Paint art have been a big inspiration and I can say likewise with the improvement part. Always fun to see your work and streams! 😀
R.I.P. to this phase. This is how i met you. I'm happy to get the chance to tune into your journey and i look forward to everything you do. There is so much out there for you.
I find it a good idea that you branch out to traditional painting methods too. You tried MS Paint, did some amazing pieces there, but it's better not to constrain yourself to only Paint.
Thank you that's very kind! It's a lot of hours put into practice as can be seen in this video. Not to mention that I already had years of experience with both digital and traditional art before I started this challenge! :)
do you realize that you use the word "talent" you deny thousands of hours and work people do to be on this level? No one wakes up and gets this good with "talent".
this is such a godsend channel- i have got no idea abt colours etc and i couldnt afford ps or other apps so ms paint ftw tysm pro for sharing tricks and tips and your splendid journey
I have watched every one of your videos and always look forward to the next one. I'm amazed, either the challenge year is over? You have taught many things about your art to others, but you have taught the viewer patience through your own patience. You are a Mega Talent. Thank you I have got walk the path with You.
Thank you so much, the one year art challenge is not quite over, since I started it while I was already making art on Microsoft Paint. I think I'm currently on week 44 and week 45 starting soon. But "challenges" will never stop, there will only be new ones. 🙂
As someone just baaarely dabbling into drawing Like.. not even sure i wanna draw. Not sure if i should pick this hobby.. I'll say seeing the way others consider Paint as the most limited tool out there with better free options, it made me scared. Scared that perhaps I didn't have the proper tools needed to learn, nor the skills to get past anything other than 2000s-2010s emo anime wolf phase. (Gosh i can't believe that was over a decade ago lol. My childhood man!) But seeing you and your art.. it reassures me. Even if i don't know half of what artists are using today, i can still maybe make some great art! Sure, lil rough n sketchy, but thats okay. Im a beginner.. and my tools may hold me down slightly, but it'll teach me the basics. So yeah.. i just thought id share my thanks!~ Thank you for making this video. My art isn't fated to be 2010s cringey and 'blocky'. There's a chance for me to create something special! I just need a lil bit of determination.. and you helped give that. Thank you, always. Have a good day/night friend!~
do you realize that you use the word "talent" you deny thousands of hours and work people do to be on this level? No one wakes up and gets this good with "talent".
I still think there is no other draw program replace mspaint, which is so simple like you draw with pen and paper, no layers / undos in real life. Maybe not good enough for artwork, but still one of the best tool to do quick notes / doodles
I started my digital art journey with a mouse, using GIMP. It was a lot of fun. Even years later, when I'm using a tablet and have moved to Krita, I remember this period fondly
What is most surprising about all this is that you have resolved a question that I have always had, is it possible to draw well with the mouse? , well.... I see that not only is it possible to draw well, but also incredible works of art can be made 😅👏👍💪
Thank you so much for the nice comment! 🙂I suppose for me painting with a mouse is not that big of a thing since that's how I have always done it for over 15 years, but it definitely wasn't easy at the start!
One thing I love about MS paint is when your draw and don't like the last stroke you can right click to immediately undo the last stroke, wish more programs had that OP feature 😂
I have used GIMP a bit in the past, but it feels like a lesser version of Photoshop. I have heard Krita is alright, but I don't think I need any other software alongside Photoshop to do "serious" art/design digitally. In my opinion Photoshop is the best program out there (although a bit pricey for sure).
Understandable. However if you are going to do digital art / photo-editing on a daily basis (like I do), the other alternatives are simply not as good.
do you realize that you use the word "talent" you deny thousands of hours and work people do to be on this level? No one wakes up and gets this good with "talent".
I say wave good bye to MSP and onward to new challenges that activate those same gray cells but in a whole new medium or format. An Artist needs challenging things to better their selves and new rewards come from those things that excites the muse in us all to new levels of achievement, accomplishing growth and renewal of that spirit that makes us Artist! Chirp-
Amazing life story. I just only stick to drawing in Animation Magic's CD-i artstyle as well as some MSDOS Games with similar aesthetic (Cartooners, Cartoony Broderbund Games, and more) due to AI Art being a thing. I realized that going against AI Art is now becoming pointless.
Thank you! :-) If you have found your thing then by all means keep doing what you enjoy! As long as you don't limit yourself just because AI art exists.
Awesome journey and you have really improved over the year. I’m honored to be mentioned in the video!

Thank you so much! 🤩
i think drawing on ms paint helped me learn color theory since there's no blending mode or overlays i have to figure the colors out myself
You showed people can do amazing stuff with dedication! Truly inspiring and happy to follow the next chapters! 🙌🌟
Thank you so much, let's go!
This is literally how i started out as an artist, been going since late 2020, i still cant do it as well as you but im definitely gonna continue
I find it a good idea that you branch out to traditional painting methods too. You tried MS Paint, did some amazing pieces there, but it's better not to constrain yourself to only Paint.
Thanks mate! It's fun hobby to do every now and then but can definitely be limiting on long term progress and creativity! 😁
can't believe someone to be this talented

I love how MS paint artist always post the full toolbar and window, which triggers normies and art snobs/ai bros on twitter.
Keep up the good work
Every piece you did was an absolute masterpiece. I feel privileged that I could witness your commitment to suffering live over 2022-2023 😂 Congrats!!
Thank you so much Lara and it is I who is privileged for having your support!! 😊
Wow I wish I have the same drive and motivation to be as dedicated as you are on Microsoft paint
Holy molybdenum that's absolutely insane… and truly inspiring!
Thank you! 🤩

The animation is a really interesting new addition.
Thanks! :-) Took quite a while to animate it, but it was fun side project to add to this! :D
Inspiring how you made this work in your completely own way. Cool Video!
Thank you mate, really appreciate it!! 🤩
How do you not have 1 million subscribers?
You inspire me❤
good work
Thank you! 🙂

I also draw in MS Paint! :D I occasionally upload my stuff lol
You can make shortcuts in ms paint

Thanks! Maybe one day 🤩
Props to you for drawing with a mouse. I can't even do it with a pen
Wait, WHAT?! He did this with a mouse??
you drop your mouse king
🤩
my ms paint feels too new can you tell me how to download the original
new ms paint has layers :)
(honestly praying they add a 1x1 pixel eraser soon so we can actually make pixel art easily)
Very awesome talent 👍👍
Thank you so much! 🤩

No one will beat the ultra realistic santa claus guy.

M.S paint makes me want to die.
I think I understand why Microsoft has been improving Microsoft Paint, it's because of you hahahaha
you draw with a fucking mouse?!
i have shaky-hands-itis so using a mouse to paint makes it a whole lot easier
Glad you didnt get doxed, ms paint is very risky business.
I struggle to think half of these are drawings.
Why would you use MS paint - when you can literaly use anything else - and anything else ius better
