Typewriter art literally requires a typewriter to work best, as it's all about overlapping and the limited characters available on manual typewriters of old. So if you can unearth one of those, that's a fun video. I remember my sister making art on a typewriter from a book she got from the library with keying instructions.

Microsoft basically copied this feature into most of their software. I think it started in OneNote and now it's in Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Whiteboard and probably others too.

I guess it might be because word is a paid app that they’re always working on as apposed to a free app that hasn’t changed ever. I am impressed just how good it is though!
Actually, MS Paint is awesome, but mostly as a pixel art and vexel art tool. But for smooth lines that look like actual brushes and stuff (or basically just trying to use it like you would Adobe Photoshop or PaintTool SAI), you're gonna have to use Paint 3D.
Of course Jazza can write a story that's amazing..dude I'm starting to get jealous. Seriously..is there anything he can't do? 🐐 GOAT artist of UA-cam. 🙄🤣😂

This is just proof that you don't need expensive art programs to create art. If you wanna do that, go for it. But when it comes to art: skill and creativity is everything.

Well... the engine is the same for art lines and rendering in the whole Microsoft ecosystem. So no. it is the same.
