You can glue this cork to the solid surface only. Maybe glue down cork underpayment and then another layer final cork with finish. Need try first. Ask supplier about restrictions.

Hi Mike, what kind of movement can be for glued down cork floor? This floor is static and also moisture not affected cork and this floor not expanding that’s why manufacturers recommend installing it in bathroom. Thanks

Last time I checked. Wet areas are no good for cork flooring. You also said you cut it tight in and they recommend a 3/8” to 1/2” gap for movement.
