Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in your body, and there is plenty of it in things like nuts and seeds, dark leafy green veggies, and dark chocolate. Still, many people benefit from adding more via a supplement. It’s cheap and safe, so it might be something you should consider too. There are lots of forms of magnesium on the market. The two most relevant for you are magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium threonate. Since the first is so easy to find and so inexpensive, I usually recommend starting with 200-500 mg of magnesium bisglycinate before bed.
I had acute migrsine and the neurologist rx me with a supplement which has a lot of magnesium and after 5 months, thankfully Lord God the migraine is gone 😭 🙏

I'd like to debate on this, as a Pharmacist i can highly recommend citrate and lactate forms of Mg. Those You are refering too are way to expensive for the positive effects they giving, beside, if You intake more than You need, Your body does not "take" it from Your digestive system.
Thanks, Pharmacist! Citrate and lactate forms of Mg sound like solid recommendations. Cost-effectiveness matters, and finding the right balance is crucial.

People say that about vitamins because they’re ignorant. We are more deficient than ever due to the toxicity of the world now. We need certain vitamins that are being used up through stress and toxic chemical exposures.
