My brother had to go to an ER after his heart raced for 15 minutes. They checked his magnesium levels and decided that he needed to go on magnesium supplements right away (along with less wine drinking at night). He is much better now, but why don't personal physicians check nutrient levels before prescribing drugs?
We feel very grateful for getting your sooooo valuable insight Dr. Suneel ❤ thank you soooo much for your efforts to eighten people like me ❤👍👍 God bless you🙏
I once read that testing blood for magnesium isn't sufficient. That intracellular tests are required. That something might cause diminished magnesium absorption into cells. How does that relate to magnesium supplements and the different types available etc.? Thanks
Would you be able to state 'roughly' what levels of magnesium we should aim for as a general rule of thumb? Just got my blood results but trying to find what the best levels are on the net is really difficult. GP guidelines are 0.7-1.0mmol/L but I imagine that is low for optimal levels.
I’m a nurse and one of my patients demanded milk of mag so she could sleep. I got an order for it to be given at bedtime for sleep. Now after decades of working night shift I have trouble sleeping at night. Taking a magnesium supplement several hours befor I go to bed definitely helps.
After retiring as a night shift nurse ( 30 years ) I was given Zoplicon 7.5 but have now started Magnesium instead. Not just as effective but will give it a go. I believe in you Dhan, and think you,re wonderful. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS.
I was in extreme pain for over 10 years. I had two little boys at home tried everything! physical therapy, anything and everything possible to try to be able to be there for my boys. Well, nothing was working after 10 years of extreme pain having my nerves burnt at a pain clinic I was still in extreme pain. My mom told me to go to naturalist doctor. He told me to start taking magnesium immediately. After a couple days of taking it, my spine started popping and shifting back in place. My muscles eased up and relaxed. It was amazing. It was life-changing. It was a miracle I was literally at the end of my rope. I didn’t know how I would go on living like that. God saved me!! Magnesium is a miracle mineral! Now I take magnesium every night, and I spray magnesium on my back after I take a bath! I cannot live without it!❤️❤️
@alishajones3439 Please share what type and strength you are taking. Otherwise , your story is sadly just a tease to those of use who are also struggling. Thx!
My husband and I both started taking magnesium 3 months ago and finally it's working for my anxiety/sleep and for my husbands terrible night cramps. Excellent video thanks
When I am in Greece I'm obviously on holiday and enjoy good sleep. I found out that the Greeks add magnesium to the water supply Perhaps the reason why I feel so good there
Thanks for your helpful insights doctor. Sunflower seeds which are high in magnesium are a natural way to promote sleep taken at bedtime. A handful usually does the trick.
However, sleep not so true for me. I have major sleep issues. But that's another story, that's due to downloads and the energy on the planet right now🤪😊
@@bethannhunt4695 its been said by a few doctors that RLS is caused by low oxygen levels in the brian , have your levels checked 24/7 to see if thats what causing it . elevate your legs to get more blood to the brain see if that helps .
I love your great advice for over 65. I am 73 and watch your videos all of the time. Your message is the truth. Thanks for standing up for what you believe.
I really appreciate this video. I’m a doctor taking magnesium for over a year, not daily but pair it with VitD or when I’m stressed/ anxious or have muscle soreness. I wonder why we doctors don’t prescribe this enough?
Because most doctors are hacks that know next to nothing about nutrition and do little else but push pills to treat symptoms, not causes. No offense to you personally.
The reason why you doctors don't prescribe magnesium is because it's cheap and affordable. Moreover doctors aren't interested in fixing problems. In fact the goal of many doctors is to allow sub-clinical medical problems balloon into clinical problems. And this is where you guys make the bulk of your money. Ordering tests that aren't needed, over charging, and just outright committing insurance fraud. There's more I can add, but these conditions and many others are the reason why myself and other engineers are making headway into your profession. See in engineering, honesty is built into the profession. For instance, if one were to say 7+11=93, many would stop and say that's incorrect. But honesty in the medical profession is based on faith. And anything based on faith allows unscrupulous actors an entry point.
@TDDMS I don't know if I've read more straightforward truth on the internet in months! Well said! What did you mean by saying engineering is making headway into this profession? Are you referring to the field of bioengineering?
@@mj625 What I meant was that engineers are now getting involved in diagnosis. Myself, I've solved 5 cases already. And I don't advertise my skills in relation to diagnosis. In all the cases, the patients sought me out. I've had the misfortune of dealing with doctors who were in denial over test results. My method is to listen to the patient. Ask questions. Never dismiss the most mundane symptom. If a patient says they've been waking up 3 hours early, I write that down on my notes. If they say they've been experiencing random muscles spasms, I write that down.
I've done my own research and concur with everything you said. I take something called Aquamin Magnesium which is derived from seawater and comes with potassium for good balance. My sleep has become SOOO much better. It's really amazing. I dream all through the night very vividly and falling back to sleep is a cinch. It's not one of those things you take not really knowing if it makes a difference. I noticed it immediately and I've taken it every day since.
If your excrement becomes runny then it's the magnesium. I learned the hard way. Every day is too much. Took a few weeks for my bowel issue to resolve.
My grandparents used to use Magnesium Sulphate as Epsom salts in a warm bath before bed. I take Magnesium supplementation when stress increases and also used it through Covid. I've also supplemented Mg along with Melatonin and I sleep solid for eight hours and wake thoroughly rested.
Most people here have already left their own practitioner behind . We hope for more doctors like this one . I don’t go to my doctors anymore . Last time I only went to have specific blood tests - that caused a bunch of problems which permanently ended my trust in her .
Dr. Dhand, you are so amazing! I wish you could be my doctor. My doctor who just retired really did care. If the world had more doctors like you, everyone would feel great and be happy!
I know of two kinds of magnesium, the citrate and glycinate. The one to use to relax and help to sleep is the magnesium glycinate and it helps with my heart arythemia.
This was part of the cocktail of supplements that Andrew Huberman recommended for sleeping (the video was making the rounds in YT Shorts last year). I gave the cocktail a try and like many others found it actually made things worse. But I never thought to take the Mg l-theronate by itself. @@skate1030
I've been taking Magnesium Glysonate before bed and feel that my sleep is much better. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. That hasn't been an issue when I take the Magnesium.
Thank you for the precious info . I love to watch your videos - your no nonsense attitude - down to earth and practical - intelligent teachings - priceless !.
Not to get away from topic at hand, but I found out the hard way just how important vitamin B12 is. Yet, routine yearly wellness blood work does not include b12 testing. I didn't know until it was too late that I was deficient. I could write a 10 page document of issues and problems I had. I was very close to flatlining...and overall paralysis.
I would respectfully ask you to generate this 10-page document, and the timing at which you noticed improvements, in addition to the specific actions you took before seeing these improvements, as a youtube comment!
I believe there are up to 6 types of magnesium supplements. One of the other you tube onliners said magnesium glycinate is the best option, I use this one if I awaken during the night.
Epsom salts are an excellent source of magnesium, especially if you're loathe to take supplements (or any more supplements). Add 1-2 cups to the hottest bath water you can stand and soak up the magnesium through your skin. I do this once a week or so. 👍
Medical studies show that magnesium levels DO NOT rise when magnesium is taken externally. Magnesium does not soak into the skin. However, I'm trying out the application of magnesium chloride to my body. I also take it orally with almond milk before bed. I'll judge with my next blood panel.
@mettamorph4523 Epsom salt soaks have LONG been used successfully externally to relax skin and surface muscle pain, no matter what present "experts" pronounce.
My partner and I have been taking magnesium rem sleep pills each night, and they work amazingly! I've been having fewer nightmares, my muscles are more relaxed, I'm waking up less during the night, it's easier to go back to sleep, and I don't feel like rubbish in the morning. The same goes for my partner. I used to take prescribed medication, and it was terrible... it got me to sleep, but it just made me more depressed and sluggish in the morning. Honestly, magnesium is the way to go.
Magnesium helped me a lot for more than just sleep, but I had to take a break from it. 250mg Citrate once a day, with the label suggesting 500mg daily. After months of use my excrement became runny. After research and 2-3 weeks off of it my situation improved. I'd suggest taking it as Dr. Dhand does. No more than once or twice a week. Too much of a good thing can be bad.
Yes I found the same thing. i had to back off...for a while. Too much causes depression. The answer if this happens to you is stop immediatly and go off for a week. Then adjust your intake of magnesium down.
I have had severe insomnia for 20+ years and yes…I am a thinker and my brain doesn’t shut down. I have been taking magnesium for probably 6 years now and it is a life saver most nights, I still have several nights a week I don’t sleep well so I can’t imagine not taking it!
I suffered from ectopic beats and palpitations for over 10 years, underwent so many tests and monitoring none of my consultants could help me. After watching after watching a youtube clip of Dr Sanjay Patel of York Cardiology where he suggested to try Magnesium supplement, I tried, and really worked for me, thankfully for nearly a year I am free of palpitations.
I put KetoChow Minerals in my water during the day which includes electrolytes (potassium, magnesium and sodium) AND i spray a magnesium chloride oil on my outer arms at night. It not only gives me a great restful night of sleep but I also rub it on my hand to help with my arthritis and between my meat based diet and the magnesium my arthritis has diminished greatly. Thank you for your videos!
I've been using Magnesium complex which contains the 3 variations of Magnesium because some people can only absorb one of the 3, I take the complex to be sure to get the one that suits me as part of my blood pressure lowering plan as it relaxes blood vessels and the vascular system.
@@jewelleryaddictMagnesium Oxide is the one used for constipation. It’s useless to take otherwise though. It has the lowest absorption of any type of magnesium. If you’re low in magnesium avoid oxide. The other types are far better for various issues.
Agree..there are so many rubbish magnesium supplement brands that maybe absolutely worthless. I suggest going to an osteopath/ naturopath health food store, rather than supermarket/ pharmacy.
My sweet friend, an RN, clued me into the benefits for magnesium at night for sleep and a bit higher dose helps with constipation. I can say that it really helps! I take it most nights actually.
Define "a bit higher dose". I've heard that one way to figure out the correct dosage of Mg is to keep increasing until you start to get loose bowels. At that point you back off to the level just before. I've never tried it though. I take 350mg before bed but I have no idea if that's too little or too much.
Dr. Dhand, big fan of yours. Question: Magnesium L-Threonate is being touted as a form of magnesium that does a better job of breaking the brain/blood barrier - increasing magnesium to the brain. Any suggestions on this form of magnesium? Thanks!
You are looking very well groomed and posh as usual Dr. Dhand. You set a fine example for the rest of us by keeping a lean disposition with respect to your body fat. It would certainly exude confidence in their patients if more doctors took pride in how they look. In order to have a higher absorption rate, I would suggest 2000 i.u. of Vitamin D daily in conjunction with magnesium. We are grateful for an earnest, valiant effort on your part in maintaining a natural, healthy lifestyle.
@@drsuneeldhand All of us appreciate the wealth of information you provided woven with intellectual substance . “ The meaning of any statement lies in its method of verification.”(Ludwig Wittgenstein) Dr. Dhand, your meticulous nature in verifying what you “perceive « is highly laudable.
Thank you for all this valuable info. We need more Dr's like this. Am learning much. Waste of time going to Dr's unless you know what medicine you need.
I understand that there are several different types of magnesium. Magnesium is blended in with other substances and it depends on what you are taking magnesium for (Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Glyconate and other kinds. )
I use magnesium so I’m not constipated..,think I might add an extra one at night for sleep…thanks Dr Dhand you’re always a wonderful source of information
Hi Dr Dhand I took a good quality GMP magnesium glycinate daily and only took it for its miraculous mineral benefits not for insomnia. As an asthmatic it worked marvelously to relax my lungs and decreased the need for any cortisone or rescue meds. I am now 66 years old and over the last few years have experienced that magnesium helps for a good night's sleep as well as lowers blood pressure.
I'm a huge fan of supplementing with magnesium and can't say enough good things about it, but it must be the correct type. I've suffered from lower back pain my whole life. Eventually it crept down into the buttock area and then my thighs. They were are stiff as a board (very similar to too much lactic acid ) and I had to literally warm up every morning after I got out of bed. One evening I read about Natural Calm (citrate) and how it helps with sleep. I immediately got up and went down to a Whole Foods to get some. I don't recall what it did to my quality of sleep but the next morning the lower back pain was gone. First time in literally years. It took another 2-3 days for the pain in my buttocks and thighs to disappear. Not dissipate ...totally disappear. I then started to study this. The majority of magnesium on the shelves are junk. Made from Magnesium Oxide. It will go straight through you. Virtually no absorption. All the other types absorption is better but must preferable be taken on a full stomach, otherwise the absorption will be minimal. I've find on several occasions now that when I run out and don't supplement for a day or two, the pain start to creep back. Supplement and it disappear overnight. The beauty of magnesium is that your body tells you exactly how much you need. Start off small and then up the dosage. Once you start to get loose stool, back off a bit.
Fasting restores your circadian rhythm over time. When you have even small amounts of liver fat your liver is constantly shooting out sugar to get rid of it, and this has an effect similar to the dawn effect that simply makes it harder to sleep! Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' like spikes that are not supposed to be there. Whether natural or unnatural in origin.. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose extra tissue like loose skin while fasting, but the skinny or frail will have increased growth hormone release than the obese, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. One day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. It will can kill cancerous and senescent cells It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. Which one do you recommend Dr there are so many different magnesium blends I’m 70 and sleep has become precious as I’m quite active …my own research ended up with Magnesium Glycinate
My doctor recommend Magnesium Glycinate when I came in with kidney stones, and said it would lower the blood pressure as well. I should have been taking this years ago it has been a game changer for my pain, anxiety, etc. I recently tried Magnesium Threonate I take it during the day if I know it will be a stressful day. It is safe to drive while on it (for me) and it brings out my Buddha nature.
I take Magnesium Citrate (Natural Calm brand) nightly, as I am on a Ketovore diet and require this mineral. As a person who has experienced lifelong constipation, the magnesium keeps me regular. It also helps with sleep and leg cramps.
God Bless You, Dr.Dhand. Thank-you for sharing this personal and extremely informative information. Yes,distinguish between relaxation and sedation medicine.
I’ve begun using a magnesium lotion before bed and have had very encouraging results. I’ve not had a chance to discuss this with my physician, though. I’ve suffered for years with insomnia and he has been no help at all, only recommended yoga and melatonin, didn’t check a magnesium level. I’ll be seeing him soon so I’ll be discussing magnesium use with him. Thank you for your video!
I cannot underestimate the importance of CHECKING YOUR MAGNESIUM levels. For some reason, a bunch of health and fitness youtubers I follow have been recommending magnesium. I ordered it and started taking it daily (125mg of Magnesium Taurate). I started to get diarrhea - but I hadn't linked it to magnesium as I often get gut dysbiosis and have other digestive issues (so I tried probiotics, etc). Four weeks later, I finally stopped the magnesium and - magic- the runs stopped as well. It turns out that magnesium was in the hydration powder I take after work-outs (80mg) and that I often eat magnesium rich-foods (avocado, seeds, leaf veggies, etc.). I was easily going over the daily recommended dosage (320mg). Overdosing on magnesium is TOXIC. So listen to what Dr. Dand says - CHECK YOUR LEVELS - or at the very least calculate how much magnesium you are already ingesting through diet and supplements befor adding more. Ciao from Italy! L
Please remember that Milk of Magnesia has magnesium in it and that yes Magnesium will regulate your bowels. I take 400 mg of Magnesium Taurate in the late afternoon, I have no diarrhea the next morning, but my bowels are regular. I am a former RN so I have had my levels checked and one must be sure they trust the tests being done and do research.
Or just change the type of magnesium you take. Magnesium Taurate will give a lot of people digestive problems. Maybe try mag glycinate or mag citrate. I think they are tolerated better for most people
Dr Dhand, which blood test do you order? I thought serum magnesium wasn't a reliable test, as most magnesium is in the cells? Is is red blood cell magnesium? Thanks
I started taking daily magnesium a few years ago because I had very frequent palpitations and skipped heartbeats. I didn't want to go to the doctor because they'd have put me on some BigPharma chemical which I didn't want. It's definitely reduced the palpitations. My husband started taking them because he suffers from leg cramps quite badly. They don't seem to have helped, but I've discovered recently that the Omeprazole that he's on for his stomach ulcers (seven of them!) can reduce the sodium levels in the blood (I discovered this last week when my mum was admitted to hospital with hyponatraemia and one of the tablets they've taken her off is Omeprazole, which also reduces ability to absorby B12 which explains her recent need for B12 injections). I also discovered the other day that Omeprazole is one of the drugs which AstraZeneca was recently fined for because it can cause kidney failure! So he's off to the doctor for a medicine review and I've told him to ask for blood tests for his sodium and B12 levels and kidney function. BigPharma is slowly killing people with their chemical concoctions.
Aren’t stomach ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori? Treatable by antibiotics? My husband was on Omeprazole for years for excess acid, made him feel unwell so stopped it himself. Hope your husband improves soon.
@@janegreen9340 Not all of them. He did have the treatment for that years ago. However I will ask him to ask the doctor if he can try the treatment again, it might be worth a go. He's got seven stomach ulcers (he had a camera down his throat to have a look - not a pleasant experience apparently) and has suffered from them since he was 14 - he's nearly 62.
Dr Dhand. Can you increase magnesium rich foods? I am confused why you mention it is “synthesized in a lab”. Thought certain foods were high in magnesium

Thanks, I was wondering what food would be a good source of magnesium.
I’m a nurse and one of my patients demanded milk of mag so she could sleep. I got an order for it to be given at bedtime for sleep. Now after decades of working night shift I have trouble sleeping at night. Taking a magnesium supplement several hours befor I go to bed definitely helps.
I knew a chemical plant operator who retired after 30+ years of shift work. Took him 6 years to get back into a normal sleep pattern.
I started on magnesium l threonat before sleep, what a difference
@@enalo6261How is that different from taking Magnesium Glycinate AND L-theanine?
After retiring as a night shift nurse ( 30 years ) I was given Zoplicon 7.5 but have now started Magnesium instead. Not just as effective but will give it a go. I believe in you Dhan, and think you,re wonderful. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS.
My mom made me that that when I was a kid for constipation. It works fast, I’d be afraid what might happen in the middle of the night.

@@TDDMSboom! Agreed with everything ... almost ... that you said.
I started taking magnesium citrate to help with my AFib and a side effect was a deep and restful sleep. Very relaxing.
I am 85 and was getting leg cramps. Magnesium was the answer for me.

Relaxing, not sedating. Exactly what I was looking for, thank you.
I know of two kinds of magnesium, the citrate and glycinate. The one to use to relax and help to sleep is the magnesium glycinate and it helps with my heart arythemia.
And Magnesium Citrate helps with the gut, in particular moving digestion along and helps with constipation.

You're the truth!!! As always ty for the facts Doc
Putting magnesium gel or oil on the soles of the feet is helpful at bedtime.

Great video Dr Dhand
Excellent vid Dr Dhand. What are your thoughts on an epsom salts bath for supplementing magnesium ?
Thanks Dr for your info..
Very helpful video thank you for sharing!
I would love to know which magnesium supplement you recommend most?
Which type of magnesium is best for sleep? There seems to be so many different types.
It will can kill cancerous and senescent cells
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency.

I just started on magnesium glycinate?and I’ve been sleeping better already
Thank you for sharing this information!
What type of Magnesium is best for sleep or muscle relaxation.
Which one do you recommend Dr there are so many different magnesium blends I’m 70 and sleep has become precious as I’m quite active …my own research ended up with Magnesium Glycinate
Correct. And don't eat crap food.
Magnesium, also critical role in the Krebs cycle & vitamin D biochemistry.
What strengh would you recommend Doctor?
My doctor recommend Magnesium Glycinate when I came in with kidney stones, and said it would lower the blood pressure as well. I should have been taking this years ago it has been a game changer for my pain, anxiety, etc. I recently tried Magnesium Threonate I take it during the day if I know it will be a stressful day. It is safe to drive while on it (for me) and it brings out my Buddha nature.
Thank you so much Dr Dhand for all the wonderful information.
I take Magnesium Citrate (Natural Calm brand) nightly, as I am on a Ketovore diet and require this mineral. As a person who has experienced lifelong constipation, the magnesium keeps me regular. It also helps with sleep and leg cramps.
Thanks Doctor. Aussie Bob
What is the best time to take it?
Right before bed, or earlier?
Thank you
Hi Dr. Dhand! How are you today!
God Bless You, Dr.Dhand. Thank-you for sharing this personal and extremely informative information. Yes,distinguish between relaxation and sedation medicine.
Magnesium has definitely did wonders for my sleep! As a 46-year-old pre menopausal woman magnesium has helped tremendously.
Interesting that I am watching this at 0230! Thank you Doc!
I’m going to try tonight.
Have not had a good nights sleep in years!
How interesting that my health fund will happily pay for blood pressure meds but magnesium comes out of our pocket.
Hello Dr. Dhand, my stepdad has OCD. What would be your recommendation?....
It has helped us too to get a relaxed sleep
I always use magnesium, It’s amazing 👍
There are so many different forms of magnesium, which one is best for sleep and relaxation?
Which form of magnesium should we take?
Thanks Dr.Dhand.can a sleep apnea patient using Cpap can take Magnisium Bisglyciniate, for insomnia.
