Very impressive! Is the photographer available to explain details? I'm curious how the zooms, pans, and tilts were done. Was in post? Also, what was the camera setup? Was it indoors or outdoors? Tripod or other mount?
Hi Todd, to the best of my knowledge the cameras were mounted to the roof of a neighboring house and to a telegraph pole, the pan/zoom is achieved using key frames - hope this helps
It's possible but subject to zoning and building codes. If you have a project and location in mind, you should consult with a local architect and zoning attorney about the possibility of this.
Imagine constructing a building entirely out of wood frame and then having the nerve to call it a “luxury” building ... this country is evolving... in the opposite direction!!! # brick and mortar # stone # concrete # cement # anything but wood 🙄
Luxury refers to the interior finishes and exterior cladding. As well as the features, appliances fixtures and craftmanship. In the northeastern part in USA, in this case Boston, 90% of all homes in this building type group are engineered wood framed. This is very standard and not sub-par. Everything has been engineered to meet all relevant building codes. In this market, in this city, and in this context, these are luxury townhouses. In other parts of the world perhaps these are not considered Luxury. But in this context they are. And as the builder of these houses, I actually moved into one of them and lived there for several years with my family. And we loved it there.
Loving the look and styling of these luxury townhomes in South Boston.
Wish more developers built Townhomes.
Those blue homes have a great view of a wall now.
Nice job !
