So very true... OSB was used throughout the construction. OSB is a garbage building material. No proper floor joints only that OSB composite was used instead. No plywood sub-flooring, OSB sheets were used instead. I’d hate to walk on that floor in about 20 years.

To me that is a very light structure, as even the separation walls, I am used to nine inch wide stone or bricks, which tend to be more soundproof, and as a house, we do not have any fires, as stone and bricks are not flammable. I guess we can do our heavy building because we have solid rock to build on, while most countries have got soft ground and they need to float a slab on all that to keep the house so stable. It looks like a pretty doll's house to me, but then every country must adjust its construction methods accordingly. I like the use of processed wood sheeting rather than virgin woods. .

Yes i am curious if this is huriccane or typhoon proof? I dont know why many homes in USA are not pure concrete with steel roofs unlike here in Philippines which is a 3rd world country many homes here have a concrete walls with steel roofing.
O Brasil pode não ser o mais desenvolvido do mundo, mas pelo menos aqui nesse quesito estamos anos luzes à frente. Logo a base aparenta ser bem edificada, apenas.
Why is it that when Americans start building a super-high-speed locomotive, they always get a frame house? For example, in Russia and Belarus, frame construction of houses occupies only 2%, and 98% of buildings are stone, where for 10,000 dalars you can build a stone house with an area of 200 square meters of brick and this is considered the cheapest construction, and in the USA and the European Union, a brick house is considered the pinnacle of construction equipment, politicians live in such houses or movie stars, while the average salary in Russia and Belarus is about 700 dalars
Thinking about the same. Maybe because it's cheaper to build that way? You still need thermal isolation, but some mineral wool will get you safe. Here in Argentina (South America) the most popular way to build is with hollow bricks...
Eu penso que uma casa deve ser construída no tijolo e no concreto. Esse terreno é grande, então eu penso que poderia ter aproveitado mais o espaço do terreno. Também poderia ter colocado um segundo andar. Não confio em casas que não são de alvenaria.

Until first huricane comes...
At least the outer walls should be in concrete blocks
Yes i am curious if this is huriccane or typhoon proof? I dont know why many homes in USA are not pure concrete with steel roofs unlike here in Philippines which is a 3rd world country many homes here have a concrete walls with steel roofing.
If it has a basement then most likely it’s not in Florida or a region that commonly has hurricanes
Very lucky with the weather 🙂
O Brasil pode não ser o mais desenvolvido do mundo, mas pelo menos aqui nesse quesito estamos anos luzes à frente. Logo a base aparenta ser bem edificada, apenas.
Messieurs félicitations 🎉
@@gonsalomon Well if you use pre-insulated bricks or other types of bricks like xella 500mm you do not need insulation.
Actually, the most popular building material (and one of the cheapest) in Russia is the aerated concrete blocks.

In our region, the temperature range is from minus 25 degrees Celsius in winter to plus 55 degrees Celsius in summer
What town was this house built?
Eu penso que uma casa deve ser construída no tijolo e no concreto. Esse terreno é grande, então eu penso que poderia ter aproveitado mais o espaço do terreno. Também poderia ter colocado um segundo andar. Não confio em casas que não são de alvenaria.
