Thanks for watching. But I did end up having to sell the cobra during the lock down. I am about to start some videos building up my foxbody mustang I had since high school. Definitely not a cobra but I’m super excited to get on this next build!
Are you a certified mechanic? The video was okay but 'seats of the pants' guesstimating seems kind of weird. Anyways good job fixing up the cobra. Sounds and looks good.
I have been a mechanic in the past but just making the videos as an average joe working on his car as a hobby. I don’t have a dyno or anything to verify any power gains just feel so I was sharing my opinion.

Thanks for subscribing! I did spray some and mine was totally fine. My throttle body wasn’t too bad so I was able to go pretty light on the spray. On the really dirty ones where you will need to use a lot of spray to loosen everything up it would probably be best to just remove the throttle body so you don’t get all the spray in the intake. Basically if you spray a lot in it you flood the engine. The other tip if you clean it on the car is to instead of spraying the cleaner to was the dirt away after scrubbing is to spray a little carb cleaner on your rag and wipe out the inside of the throttle body. I hope this helps.
brooo do you still have the Cobra? post more vids of it pls

Hello.. quick question. Did you put the screen back in on the the mass air sensor?
It has been a while now and I don’t remember, if I could have still used it I would have for sure. But I’m not sure if I was able too.
Where were those driving videos filmed? Looks like home!
It was outskirts of town between fallbrook and Temecula somewhere mostly.

hey man new subscriber here - I know you said you sprayed some carb cleaner, but my 98 Cobra says "Do not clean inside throttle body". Is it safe?
