Day 6 of my "Not done before " As its a Saturday I thought I'd go for a fun bounce , which this was. Loved "Armgate"😂😂A few brilliant moves I've not done before, loved the skipping and Tina Turner....my life everything jiggled 🫣Despite the fun this still got me puffing and sweaty🥵, but a great choice for the weekend. Hope you both have a great one. Thanks again for keeping the workouts fresh and fun 🥳🥳
@@sanfranfitness I was being clever 🤦🏼♀️You were lightheartedly bickering over who's arm movement was the right one , hence Armgate ( Like Watergate scandal etc 🫣) 😂And the Babs fling also reminded me of my Nan doing her "I must, i must , i must improve my bust exercise...it was just like that one. 😂😂

Sorry to hear that, it’s at exactly the same pace as we usually use. Have you tried slowing down the video to suit your speed? Earlier this year I posted a video on how you can do this
