In this application, we're processing plastic lens caps at a steady rate of 60 parts per minute (PPM). The 18" vibratory bowl is coated with protective black urethane to enhance product protection. The system includes a storage hopper equipped with a low-level sensor, a quick dump option, and a vibratory inline track for efficient product delivery.
