Vibratory Feeder Bowls for Orienting Plastic Applicators

In this application, a customer reached out about orienting two types of plastic applicator tips as part of their assembly process. To automate this step, we designed two matching 36” vibratory feeder systems. While the bowls are identical in size and appearance, each has unique tooling tailored to the specific part geometry. Both systems are equipped with sound enclosures and steel inline tracks, efficiently discharging parts at a rate of 50 PPM.
