    Ingredients:
    60ml (1/4 cup) corn oil(玉米油)
    75ml (1/3 cup) milk (牛奶)
    1/8 tsp salt (盐)
    20g (1 1/2 tbsp) caster sugar (细砂糖)
    100g (1/2 + 1/4 cup )plain flour(普通面粉)
    10g (1 tbsp) corn starch (玉米粉)
    4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
    1 whole egg (全蛋)
    4 egg whites (蛋白)
    1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
    80g (1/3 cup ) caster sugar (细砂糖)
    8” baking tin
    8寸圆形烤模
    Caramel sauce(焦糖酱):
    60g /1/3 cup brown sugar (黃糖)
    40ml water (水)
    2 tbsp whipping cream (淡奶油)奶油
    15g unsalted Butter (无盐牛油)
    1/4 tsp salt (盐)
    150g white chocolate, chopped (白巧克力,切碎)
    60ml whipping cream (淡奶油)奶油
    450ml whipping cream (淡奶油)
    120g toasted macadamia nuts, chopped (烤香夏威夷果,切碎)

    I've tried this recipe but need more time to bake. The cake itself is delicious without any frosting trust me. Can be use for cupcake also as the leftover if u bake using 6" pan😂 thanks for the recipe!

    Wow looks so good. Question, what do you use to cut the cake into 3 layers? Mine never looks so smoothly cut haha

      Usually that happens when the cakes was not completely cooled. Wait until the cake is cool after baking and firm and cut all around the edge with a knife, so you know that it's neat and straight, then use a thread (like the ones to sew) with both hands and keep it teased as you cut the layer with it. Hope I was clear enough ahaha that's how my mom and granma teached me

    When you mix the whipped cream and the white chocolate ganache my cream curdles how to overcome that

      Cook the whipped cream and white chocolate in low heat until all chocolate melted. Don't bring it to boil. Then put in refrigerator until cool and beat it.

    为什么我的巧克力奶油霜涂抹蛋糕的时候好像很软,不够坚挺?打发的时候奶油霜已经很坚挺纹路非常清晰,但是涂抹的时候就觉得奶油霜在垮掉?这是怎么回事了?是温度不够低吗?但是室内已经19度了,挺冷的,为什么呢,请指教

    Hi miss.. thank you for this resepi i already make it n the taste is superbb👍👍 very delicious but i have problem with the cake, im using conventional oven, i bake follow ur way 140 for 50 minute and turn tu 160 add another 10 minute.. my cake become crack not nice like yours and it fall down also become small.. can i ask ur opinion or sharing how i can baking nicely like yours.. thank you

      @@lydiatan2872 probably because of the egg white ( meringue ) for this kinda of cake. You need to beat the egg white until stiff peak. So the cake batter is more stable and won't fall down so much .

      You can also try to put a little water on a separate baking tray or other vessel in the oven to produce a little steam, not too much. Might prevent cracking.

      + don’t take it out of the oven directly when it is ready, open the door a little and leave to cool in the oven.
