- 关注我很久的Cookies们都会知道,我很多蛋糕款式影片都超爱用这巧克力蛋糕来做蛋糕底。因为非常容易做,又湿润,有浓厚巧克力口味,适合搭配跟芝士奶油糖霜,巧克力酱等。最近很多人问我怎么算和做成6英寸的巧克力蛋糕,所以我就来重拍了。永远是我的最佳选择。
Hey Cookies that have been following me for long time will know that, in many of my cake style video, I super love to use this chocolate cake as the cake base. Because it is very easy to make, moist and has a strong chocolate flavor, it is suitable for pairing with cream cheese frosting, chocolate ganache and so on. Recently, many people asked me how to convert and make it into 6-inch chocolate cake, so I decided to re-film this recipe. Forever my go-to cake of all times.

1杯(250毫升)牛奶
1汤匙 白醋
2杯(256克)普通面粉
1½杯(300克)白细纱糖
¾杯(88.5克)无糖可可粉
1½茶匙(7.2克) 苏打粉
¾茶匙(3.6克) 发粉
½茶匙(3克) 盐
2颗 大鸡蛋
½杯(125毫升) 植物油
1茶匙(4克) 香草精
¾杯(187.5毫升) 温水/咖啡
(烤箱170C: 55-60分钟)
♦Recipe =Two 6'inch Round Cake Tin=
1Cup (250ml) Milk
1Tbsp White Vinegar
2Cups (256g) All Purpose Flour
1½Cups (300g) White Castor Sugar
¾Cups (88.5g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1½tsp(7.2g) Baking Soda
¾tsp(3.6g) Baking Powder
½tsp(3g) Salt
2 Large Eggs
½Cup (125ml) Vegetable Oil
1tsp(4g) Vanilla Extract
¾Cup (187.5ml) Warm Water/Coffee
(Oven 170C: 55-60minutes)

i made it and this is so far it is the most moist and successful chocolate cake i made so far.. watched a few other videos but was either too moist or too dry. thank you! i made half the recipe for just a layer and reduced sugar to 120g topped with chocolate ganache!

Bake the cake today using a 8 inch mould for 60 minutes. Cake is moist n soft. Sweetness just nice. Tq for the great recipe.

Hi thank you so much for this recipe! I have tried several other recipes but some are too sweet while for some I can taste the bitterness of the cocoa powder. Im so glad I came here and tried out your recipe! It's really moist, just the right amount of sweetness and it's not bitter! This tastes exactly like the chocolate cake from a famous cake shop here in our country ❤️ Btw, instructions are easy to follow even if it's in a different language 🙂 I rate this 10/10! If i want to make 8"cake do i need to double up the recipe. How bout the temperature and timing?
Pls search online for cake pan converter calculator to adjust recipe accurately according to your pan size. Baking temperature can be the same, but time depends on cake batter's depth, the deeper the longer. Check with toothpick for doneness

Hello! The wall of the tin is coated with cocoa powder? What's the purpose?
The whole tin is coated with butter/oil, then bottom lined with parchment paper, side dusted with cocoa powder, this help the cake to rise but not stick after baking

是的,一定要脱磨磨具才方便脱磨,因为需要让蛋糕粘磨具,不能涂油,所以没有活底磨具较难美美脱磨尤其是底部。
通常我用1/2茶匙或3/4茶匙咖啡粉

可以做翻糖蛋糕底哦,不过蛋糕要先抹上chocolate ganache冷藏硬了再盖翻糖。

Not recommended to use one 6inch mould, as the batter is too deep, might need to bake really long to cook thoroughly, it will crack n dome alot, top became crust

Full cream milk蛋糕会更好吃哦,不过我自己也用low fat milk,依然可以做。糖我已经减了,觉得不要再减了。因为好的纯无糖可可粉是非常苦的
