- Money, sex and power: this is the triad of themes that we encounter in the mainstream media. These are the themes of the lower three chakras, and this 30 minute kundalini yoga helps us move beyond them into the elevated experiences of the higher centres - love, truth and wisdom. When more of us operate from and reflect these themes, the world is a sweeter, kinder place for all.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

I am having such success, I was introduced to my Kundalini journey through trauma but have started doing this yoga and it's better than any drug that's for sure! It's incredible. Wow I yawned a lot, and I felt dizzy. My body was shaking during the whole session. I am sure I couldn’t do all the exercises correctly, but I could feel a shift already. Dear YogiGems, this is my third day doing this session. Wow! I still don’t know if I am doing everything right. For example, I can only lift my legs/hips with the help of my fists. If I try to do it with the palms of my hands facing down, I simply cannot lift it. I don’t know if it’s ok to use the fists until I am more experienced… I have been doing yoga on and off for two decades. Almost 4 years ago, I attended a class of Yoga Kundalini for the first time and I was amazed… I simply fell in love with the practice and knew this was the right modality (?) to me. However, shortly after, my husband passed away of sudden heart attack leaving me and the puppy in a very challenging situation… probably, my subconscious mind connected this tragic event with my first Yoga Kundalini session, and somehow I have been avoiding it… until 3 evenings ago! I have hip/sacrum iliac problems since I was a little girl (had all sorts of abuse, and my life was only good when my husband was alive). Now, at the age of 44, I see myself without family and close friends, and lots of pain from my hips, which is affecting my left knee (I know it represents my feminine side, which has been severely injured). I would like to thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my comment, and for all the love, kindness, and patience you put into your teachings. I want to commit to this session for one month, and go from there to see what happens. I thought I could do 30 minutes per day just to get used to being disciplined with the practice, and go from there. I am not a lazy person, but I have been spiritually lazy, I believe. My dog loves listening to your voice! Thank you so so much! Sending love your way, and my dog (she is a female, also) says “hello, beautiful lady!” 💕🙏🐾

Wow what a beautiful and different experience this kriya is!! I love how each of your sadhanas include different asanas and i feel im learning so much from you with tonnes of gratitude! Excellent session, really intense and balancing. EXCEPT -- I have back issues (mainly kyphosos) that prevent me from doing many (if any) of the kriyas involving laying flat on my back. I am trying to put together a set of blankets and small pillows to help relieve the back and allow me to not have to skip those sections!

I just got told by an intuitive healer that my sacral chakra was blocked, then I ran into another podcast talking about Ayurvedic medicine and ended up here. I feel so great after this yoga! I immediately started sweating after 10 minutes of it and shortly after had to use the restroom 😅 if you know what I mean. I have a slow metabolism so I feel this even helped me with that!

Every time i do lower 3 chakra yoga i vibrate really intensely.. compared to upper 3 chakra yoga the vibrations are very intense

Perhaps the full chakra kriya would work well as a preparatory activation before this focused lower three chakra kriya, but it's really up to you and how you feel intuitively called to structure the practice. Thank you, dear Rani. Practicing this kriya once is a wonderful gift to yourself, or you can do it for 40 consecutive days if you feel called to. How about the opposite. Ive been out of my body my whole life. I stay in the spiritusl plane and mental plane. I actualky need to connect with the bottom chakras more for grounding... will this still work

Sat nam, dear Sejal. The kriyas are very detoxifying, so we need to drink plenty of water, especially after the kriya. Headache can be a symptom of detoxification and also dehydration, so try increasing your water intake. Lots of love ♥

Thank you for the quick response 😊 I noticed that I had a headache 3 days after exercising with you differently kriya. Is it normal? Before I never had a headache,maybe once a year.
Be sure to drink plenty of water, dear Anna, the practice is very detoxifying which can result in headaches. You may also want to try out practicing with a head covering - a woollen beanie or cotton bandana will do. Try those out and please let me know if the headache persists. ♥️
Hi, I don't feel dizzy anymore. Instead I was scammed twice in 2 weeks. Do you think it might have something to do with this kriya? I tend to take everything as a lesson, but with reflection.
