I love the concept of slowing the game for immersion, but I was thinking wouldn't that also mean that hero's start at higher ranks? Seems strange that they would go into battle not knowing any skills especially wizards. Karl Franz is I think 40 years and you start the campaign with no skills unlocked, that makes no sense immersion wise speaking. Other then that I wish the base game would give you the options SFO gives you to customize your experience. Good luck in trying to save this campaign.
It's an interesting question. I'm generally not in favor of starting at a higher level because it detracts from the thrill of leveling up. If anything, I prefer a slower leveling experience than vanilla. But you raise a good question. The way I see it is that KF isn't unskilled when the campaign begins, he's got his powerful trait along with the leadership benefits that all lords provide to troops, he simply has potential for further growth.
Like and good video.👍👍 Elspeht is trying her best for Karl.
Espeth's dragon breath attack is meant for single entities
Yep, I learned that when I tried to use it against an infantry stack and it barely did anything. Now I know!
