I've had a similar bug happen in a beastmen campaign to me I had killed off Wisenland and just before I did the ritual to block resettlement of ruins, bloody EKF walks in and revives them Normally not an issue but all their immortal heroes, 3 or 4 of them, revived in the middle of the city I couldn't attack it and they couldn't move or recruit lords Long campaign victory hardlocked, campaign scrapped
yea I had this happen in one of my campaigns. It can happen with any 2 entities that somehow get placed on eachother. Mine was when I tried to have 2 armies go through a port city and both their movement ranges ended right ontop of eachother and they got stuck like that. You cant move them at all and reloading to that turn doesnt help. You could see if sacrificing his army you get him back? or you have to completely reload to before he moved there (making you have to fight that battle again) and retake the whole turn. If you are ok with him dying just get another lord to transfer out his units and then just have him die for a little. I know you take alot of debuffs if he dies but theres really no other way that I can think of. I Also run mods so idk if its vanilla or not.
ive had this happen to me i think i just went through all the notifacations like this factions died or things like ambush discovered and made sure to click the check mark on all of them and was able to move (i was on Ikit Claw
I don't think so, block army doesn't completely eliminate all movement. For some reason, that enemy hero survived the battle when the whole stack should have been wiped out. Very weird.
@@GamingForImmersion is had something simial that i couldnt move untill the hero who block my army was dead and yeah i couldnt move at all for several turns it was late game so didnt matter as much since i had other army . The enemy hero was buged to , he didnt move at all like he was stuck to the stuck army XD

Interesting. Sadly, I can't reload because the campaign is Ironman. I guess I could go through the 10 turns of wounding Malekith, but...ouch.

Is it possible that agent next to Malakith 'blocked' your army?
