Hi
Lovely video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Rozardner Successful Handyman Reality (do a search on google)? It is a good one off guide for how to start a handyman business without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my old buddy Taylor got great success with it.
1 understand your business card purpose
2 keep it simple
3 make sure the info is accurate
4 keep it professional
5 have plenty of cards
your welcome
I love comments like this, you kind sir just saved me 11 valuable minutes
Thanks man!
He IS a bit wordy!
God bless you!
I mean, the video still gives solid background to these tips
"Raised lettering, pale nimbus. Look at that subtle colouring. The tasteful thickness.Oh my God! It even has a watermark."
FirstResponder911 Thanks for your new topic suggestion. I'll make sure to add this to the queue.
Real Men Real Style Did you get the quote?
Oh my, what a reference
Let's see Paul's card
@@RealMenRealStyle lol he didn't get it. How can you not get it ??
"Nice...lets see Paul Allen's card."
"Look at that subtle off-white coloring. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh my God it even has a watermark!"
A great business card can go a long way. You can meet a new friend, a new client or even your future wife as I did.
Great video Antonio! Again, I love your channel.
Here's all you need to know about business cards:
>off white soft texture (texture not color, bone is right out)
>inked AND embossed text
>choose a tasteful font if it's got a serif make sure it's subtle
>a watermark is a sign of taste
After watching countless videos of yours and hearing you talk about your website, I've finally decided to check it out and I'm glad I did! Thanks Antonio and keep it up!
Jarrod Romine Thanks! :)
Started my first company a while ago and this gave me good design ideas for my business cards and gave my ideas of where to store them on the go
Ive watched about ten of these videos already and yours was the first one that actually taught me something. Thank you.
Haha, wow, I saw you two years ago explaining how to tuck a shirt in in four different ways, and instantly remembered you when I saw this now business I moved from shirts to business card issues :D
Great videos, no beating around the bush!
I agree with you. The key is simplicity when designing a business card as well as keeping it clean. Most of the thing you suggested I already do and there are others that I do not do, however I will now though. Thanks
psiops277 Super!
I was looking for business card ideas. I've never seen this video but expected one from you. I'm glad I found it.
Tons of good advice. I really appreciate the ideas. I will take some of what I got from you and expound into some things that make my card unique. Thanks man.
Semper Fi! I am just after getting out of the Marine Corps and looking to start my own business.
Thank you so much I'm just starting own business and I need all the information I can get 🤗
Thanks for sharing and explaining the Tips. appreciated.
picked up some great tips with this video it really gave me a clear vision on first impression thanks for posting and taking the time it really will help me in my roll as professional driver.
Thank you for this tip. I was getting ready to print out a design that I have used for a while. And the thing is i have never gotten a response or additional business from my "cards". I have only worked small shows up till now but am getting serious in how I present and market my business. My next show is tomorrow. Shame on me for waiting so long, but i am sure glad I came across your video. It has been almost 10 years since I was in sale-you reminded me that how I present me is just as important as how I present my product, Off to redesign everything!
+Sandy Beeman Great! Good luck with your business
This is not the kind of video I was looking for but I learned some tips I may not have otherwise thought of or realised. Thanks!
I've seen a lot of your videos and really appreciate your work. These tips are extremely useful! Thanks a lot.
However, there's something I couldn't get out of this video - the quality and texture of the card. There are so many options these days from Matte finish, different coatings to Non-tear able cards.
1. Which type would you recommend for an Undergrad attending an International conference?
2. Is it advisable to have 2 email IDs on the card?
3. Can you suggest some fonts for simplicity and professionalism?
Jeez, I am so behind. I've got to start designing my own card now. About time I saw your video. I learned a lot of stuff about business cards today. Thanks.
Nikhil Vetam Thanks Nikhil!
Super clear and to the point.
Thank you for the information! ℹ️
As a business owner, I love hearing professional tips! Though your targeted audience is primarily male - females can also take note! Thanks!
Jennifer Greenfield You're welcome! :)
I'm trying to appeal to both women and men, its so hard to do sometimes.
Thank you very much. Helped me a lot.
This information was very helpful. I always wondered how to make a professional business card without adding my address. Well appreciated. Thanks for the share.
Thank you, your tips on business cards was great
From a design perspective, a good principle to keep in mind is consistent alignment . It's mostly a no brainer within a text block, but also look at horizontal alignment. For example the top and bottom lines of text could fall on the same visual line as the top and bottom of the logo. Basically, nothing should be random that could be purposeful.
Just use PixTeller to create the cards and be done. You can print them anywhere you like
7:50 priceless information... A system i will defiantly copy..Thanks..
Gwen Rodriguez glad it helped
Your country name
A few years ago i generated a business (personal) card with only my name, phone number, and email address. Since I'm in the military, I didn't want to have to update my card every time I PCS'ed. I have received numberous complements on it and it is great as serving the purpose for which I got it. You're point on focusing on what you want to achieve is right on point.
Mark Hofer Great to know! :)
Well done! Thank you!
Thanks Antonio!!! It was a big help, where did you get the card holders that you are presenting in this video? Thanks

Hello, Antonio! Nice video, thanks! Just a stray question I wanted to ask: looking at the video I thought that you movements and gestures remind me allot of how boxers move : "flatter like a butterfly - sting like a bee" )). Have you practiced boxing before? Thank you!

Good points
I recently got a business card holder, but I don’t have a business card yet. I’m currently seeking employment, or apprenticeship, and as such I don’t go to networking events and my card isn’t associated with a brand or business, and as such I was wondering if you have some tips for networking with others, just person to person.
Thanks for the video!
Thanks Boss Man
I just signed up for the e-mail notifications and I can't wait to get the ghost videos! I hope they're not spooky! :O
Brishen Thompson thanks!
I would suggest another tip: learn the culture from who you're deaing with. Japan has strict rules with this issue, and getting to know that can be a leverage in your advantage. Some things to notice are: writting on the card at the back (or at all) is extreemly rude; take your time to read their business card, and store it safetly; follow order of respect language and deliver your card as so; etc. Business cards in Japan are serious business.
drafr Solid!!
Hey Antonio thanks for this video on business cards. You offer some good ideas. I have found, though, leaving my business card blank on the back was wasting that valuable "selling" space, so I have always printed something on the back. As a real estate agent, I at times will print photo and bullet points of a new listing on the back of about 100 business cards, as part of the answer to "How are you going to market my home?" question from sellers. As far as a blank back being a great place to write a quick note or someone else's info, I did that thirty years ago, and then lost track of the cards, and their info! Since great apps are available, I really utilize the free app "Evernote" for jotting those quick notes, etc.
+Jere Whitehouse glad it helped! I use Evernote too
Thank you very nice video
I have a couple of t-shirts that are a little too large, but I am very into tucking it into my pants/shorts. They are usually pretty clean and fresh t-shirts and pants. What do you think about doing that? I think it looks pretty good.
All you need is Eggshell with Romalian type
If it suits your purpose - why not :)
Very nice, I came here for the Patrick Bateman references!
Leaving satisfied!
Jesus. That is really super. How'd a nitwit like you get so tasteful?
Great video - thanks!
+Cubes001 You're welcome!
Hello Mr.Centeno. I have been watching all your videos and I am so thankful for your advices. Next week I have a very important event at a grand hotel. It's a semi-formal event and I think I need to look sharp. I don't know what to wear but I only have a navy blazer, a black coat, a black with white dots shirt, a normal white shirt ,a dark brown jean, and a grey trousers. My question is how should I mix these to look the best? I'm actually 15 years-old student from Malaysia. I hope you can help me. Thank you (:

Hi guys,
I buy and sell online and sometimes in person, it's my living as I go to Uni too, but just a sort of side business to keep me busy. My business is doing well and I was thinking of putting a card maybe in every package I send out, just a bigger way of marketing. So I was wondering what could I write on it ? Buyer&Seller along with my name ? Any feedback and ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Real man my name is Antonio too :)

Antonio Centeno knocking it out of the park, once more.
I've been watching his posts for a long time now. This man is legit, my friends. If you have any sense of your surroundings, you will get what he is trying to tell you. I predict, in ten years, this man will be known as a guru.

What would you suggest a student place on a business card? For example I will be attending graduate school for security studies and may have the opportunity to network at several different security conferences. Thank you for any advice.
Geddy Semidei Name, professional email, phone number, opportunities you are seeking, LinkedIn profile link (and update your LinkedIn account with this article www.realmenrealstyle.com/linkedin-profile-presentation/

Hi, From a New Small Business Owner, Is kind of funny, cause I actually just made one hours before I got to see your Video. And Yes, In my case I have an eyesight problem, So I usually think Is better to keep it clean and to the point.
My cards have a Disign oriented on my business, so people can relate it faster, marketing wise, people would rememeber faster, and would be easier to read the contact numer and name.
I love your info, so I will sent the link to my husband for him to get this KEY tips! Thank you for helping others! Greetings from Sunny Panamá.

Jose Eduardo Aguilar great to hear that!
