I started with 1 mile, worked my way up to 3 miles in like a month, then started running 5 miles, then 7, I would take breaks every half mile, just remember why you are doing this, when you feel tired remind yourself why you are here running, It’s not a race but set a goal everyday and if you can run just one more lap when you think that you did enough, Semper Fi

I’m been doing calisthenics since I was 13sh and I’m 16 now. And Ik I haven’t taken a pt but I think it prepared me for real life situation since I can Climb weird Objects fast with about 20kg of extra weight, Do 10 muscle ups 34ish Pull Ups 70lb Weighted Pull Ups for 5 Reps. And Good exercises for Real life Or Combat Training would be Deadlift, Squat, Weighted Lung On A Hill helps you Develop hiking, Weighted Dips are Good and I have to disagree with him for shoulders. Shoulders are important in my eyes for Throwing more power in to a punch and take downs do hold the person down. I don’t really Bench press anymore, just do Decline push ups.

Compromises.. haha. Thank you for all your tips!

Arthur Suayngam it's impossible to maintain your muscle mass during marine boot camp and MCT since you will never have access to a gym and all PT is geared towards cardio. I was able to hit the gym again during MOS school.

As an ex marine with 300 pft score and now a CPA in New York. I recommend please do not embarrass us Asians. Here are reasons why, you're not a good looking guy and your muscle and physique is not impressive at all even though you think you are a badass. Please don't tell people how fit you are unless you really have a physique like a bodybuilder. You obviously have zero knowladges about the USMC since you are a rockie. You are not a very tall guy either. So, please do yourself a favor. Delete all your social media accounts and go back to study.

US Marine Corporal so what if he’s not tall? One of the most deadliest sniper in the whole world which is Simo Häyhä a Finnish sniper is only 5’3.
Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Also you said you’re ex marine, so you were discharged? Or you mean a veteran marine.

@@YungHippie yeah, this dude definitely isn't shit. Actual successful people don't waste time hating on others. Not only is Lee fit as fuck even for the Marines, you can tell by the way he speaks that he is also educated and knows what the fuck he's talking about.

He looks better then you tho I can just tell by your pfp. Your legit trying to to flex but it’s mostly fat. If you have fat arms you most likely are fat all around. I have never seen someone who has fat arms and is lean or close to lean every where else.
