Underrated channel, good content. As a psychology student and philosophy enthusiast, this makes lot of sense the idea comes down to following your soul truth to eventually individualize to your true self. For that societal constructs must be broken

Conflicting beliefs can create confusion, and in that state, our belief systems can control us. This can lead to a false sense of integrity. When we take control of our beliefs and our responses, we can ask ourselves crucial questions: Where did this belief come from? How old was I when I adopted it? Who influenced me?
I agree, truth is essential. Everything is built on some foundation of truth. However, truth can be complex, with layers of lies built on top of truths, and vice versa. Sometimes, when I feel mentally tangled, I simply step back from agreeing or disagreeing. This allows me to clear my head and approach the situation with a more open mind not puckered up. My thoughts on your thoughts.. I don't even know where I was going with this.

The one skillset you should cultivate to thrive in this day and age is how to live in a car. Doing so will put you ahead - no rent, no utilities, no property taxes, and you'll be closer to nature

@@sia_and_her_journal the ability to make judgements about something based on personal wisdom with critical thinking. Like the example you gave about males being a provider someone might be a male but needs to have discernment which can only happen when the individual gains some amount of wisdom especially about oneself, so then he can know whether being a provider is authentic to who he is or not irrespective of his gender and societal expectations.

The whole concept of templates doesn't really work at this point, western culture has become so tentative and transitory that you have name-famous software engineers who get fired by email. In the US we've decided to change one of the two Presidential candidates four months before the election, long after the primaries and debates. I would argue that adaptation is now as important as critical thinking, because the conclusion you correctly came to yesterday may not apply today.. 📆❤

@socalwill9876 yes precisely, the whole point here is to adapt to the new way of doing life.
But first, you need to determine what you need to be doing differently (that works for you) in the first place!
