Playing sounds great
But the device wouldn't last for a gig or a session, I was surprised that it only lasted that short a time
it lasts long enough for most of what I would need out of it. biggest advantage is in shooting videos.
So well explained…. and valid :-)
P.S. loved the playing
I have the Joyo rechargeable pedal powerbrick thats like this. I have 5 pedals powered by it. I've got 8 and half hours out of it. Then I recharge it. It has 10 inputs. The rechargeable power supplies are the way to go.
With the 529i, a guitar, some pedals and a set of headphones.... you can play, practice or compose anywhere you chose indoors or outside :-)
Daisy chain on the analogue pedals should be fine for more than 8 pedals S
Guitar month Sweetwater Bucks on the 529i by the way :-)
Jim Crockett Promotions. Amazing.
My fandom runs deep 👍
@@SeanPierceJohnson It's still real to me, dangit.
Question: Can this 529i be plugged into wall, while being used to power a board?
This is just what I am looking for to run my TONEX, Ampero 2 Stomp, and an array of EHX pedals. The only reason I would see to get the 529 instead of the 529i would be my choice of outboard batteries so get a longer juice squeeze. Either way - yay. We win.
So, Mission has a little paper that suggests you DON’T but I have definitely tried it before with a couple instances of the power shutting off.
Those occurrences are maybe once every couple of months, nothing frequent. But it does happen.
@@SeanPierceJohnson Can this be plugged into powerbank like Anker 20000 mAh via usb, while being used to power a board? ;)
SEAN PIERCE, So it takes 3 hours to CHARGE and only 2 hours of battery LIFE with the pedalboard? Can you connect an external USB rechargeable battery connecting it at the USB input port to keep the mission engineering at full charge?
My question as well. Would like to extend the battery power when needed.
I've thought about experimenting with this. I haven't had the time to. Theoretically, it SHOULD work.
Can you use it while it's being plugged in like a normal power supply?
You can…but Mission doesn’t recommend it
Which pedals are the ambience and navigator
i believe it is all the MAKO pedals: the D1, R1, M1 and ACS1
Mine failed after 11 months . currently on its way to Sweetwater who told me they don't repair just send on to Mission. So its not all that good. I have ordered a back up from joyo which has great specs for a lot less.
that's a shame. mine still works but I've sadly noticed it doesn't hold the charge as long as I would like. it's still handy, i use it for pedal demos all the time.
2+ hours but probably longer because rarely do you have every pedal turned on?
I have all mine in the switcher so they’re always on. But I didn’t start the clock when it was full. It ended up being closer to 3.5 hrs
2 hours... That is terrible
most rechargeable supplies are like this. I got contacted by another company who's rechargeable supply had the same amount of time.
