Last time I was in Caper there was this belligerent drunk guy yelling at people outside the CY Albertson about how they wouldn't let him buy liquor because he smelled like alcohol from the night before. He also was screaming something about soap and wet walnuts. Seemed like a sicko if you ask me.

Historic Trails Center. Yes. Fort Casper yes. Eggington's yes. Sherrie's further west on 2nd is very good too. There is also the Tate museum (if dinos interest you) and the Nic which is about a block east of Eggintons. There is also lots of places in town for fishing. There is so much a person could do in Casper depending on their taste.
