I've seen all his films and there is not a bad one in the bunch. He was a treasure.
If "Arsenic and Old Lace" wasn't on this list, I was going to hit full sulk! His misspent vaudeville youth helped him shine in all gags, slapstick, double takes & pratfalls. His rapport with the aunties was priceless. All good to great films! 🥰💋💘☺
Suspicion should be in this list, great performance from Cary and also Joan Fontaine.

Of course, NORTH BY NORTHWEST is Number 1. NOTORIOUS, Number 2, is a serious Alfred Hitchcock suspense drama, but NORTH BY NORTHWEST is arguably a comedy thriller, mainly because Cary Grant gets out of one deadly snare after another in hilarious ways. This movie draws on his image in many of his earlier films. Parts are as funny as BRINGING UP BABY!
I would have included his Oscar-nominated performance in "Penny Serenade".
This should have a Top 20 - Cary Grant had far more than 10 best films.
I think one of his most underrated movies is The Talk of the Town, co-starring the great Jean Arthur, and the also-great Ronald Coleman.

Great Movies all but next North by Northwest I always catch Gunga Din when it's on . Did you notice almost all the movies were directed by Howard Hawks or Alfred Hitchcock. Throw in George Cukor and George Stevens and he knew and they knew who to work with !

What's funny is that the image used for the video is actually from Mr.Lucky, which is in my top ten favorite films of all time. I feel like it's underrated compared to some of the others that were on the list, but to be fair, there do not appear to be any legit BAD Cary Grant films.
