Very cool. I picked one up for my t120 when I purchased it, I havebyet to install it. I never though about epoxy glue to mount it, great idea. If I try that method I might scuff the plastic with some sandpaper just so the epoxy has something to bite on to. But great idea!
What is really sad is what it would have cost Triumph to add 4 inches to the stock fender. Probably 1 cent per fender. But that's what happens when a manufacturer has to built to a price point.

Glad I could help. I'm not sure scuffing the surface is necessary. But I am convinced that absolute cleanliness is demanded for a solid bond.
It’s ashamed that as much as motorcycles cost that the fender isn’t long enough to be functional in the first place.
