We have one on the UA-cam shop!! I made it to test the waters but not many have purchased it :O I may do a new full release next year! I just don't want them to be so expensive 😭😭
I like how this pretty much saves some space in your bag in the sense that you wont be carrying a separate dock and/or controller when travelling. But my issue is that face-button placement. That is an ergonomic nightmare for me. If they did what you presented in your 5-minute photoshop, I'm not gonna lie, I would've bought this in a heartbeat.
The only thing throwing me off is there is no padding or protection for the back of my switch. They made the gap bigger but I’ve still seen videos and pictures of the back of switches scratched.
Yeah, i've touched on this for both of 'em. I didn't experience any scraches and I use it with my mario red switch that I got from Nintendo BIT i'm like hyper careful. That shouldn't be the expectation for all users though. I'm looking to see if I can find some skin or something to recommend for situations like these because I have other accessories that are also prone to switch scratching :IO
Just put it in and take out very carefully lol that’s what I do have the OG deck and no scratches I assume half the people saying there’s scratches prob slam the switch in the deck but who knows.
I saw a snapshot of a Street fighter game it's widely known that the the anniversary edition for the switch has issues because of the button mapping just trying to figure out which Street fighter game I saw that snapshot of
I think the only reason why I will not get one is because I don't know what Nintendo is going to do next. Do I think the design is cool Yes but because I don't know what Nintendo is going to do next hopefully a switch 2.0 I just can't see dishing out the money for something that is probably going to be outdated in the next switch or switch successor
Hell we don’t even know it’s gonna switch successor we have all these pc and android handheld in the market running switch games faster than the switch it self you never know it might be underrated console like the Wii U last generation
Yeah, I mentioned it with their first version but they're definitely late to the game. They're quality is top notch though so i'm hoping they'll have some awesome stuff for the next Switch!
I love my Steam Deck and I have just about every emulator I could get on there but there's still that excitement for Nintendo's new releases and that keeps people spending $$$. Like myself lol So what I want to see from them is unique hardware! It's always the most exciting.
i wish they would update the carrying case for the nitro deck+, since when you put the deck+ in the case, you can push the sticks in way too easily, as the joysticks no longer match up. its not the worst thing in the world, but my ocd hates it.
You can't tell me that the side buttons are to be used with the tip of your finger. I use them just fine with my thumbs on the joysticks, indexes on triggers and using the bottom inside knuckle of my indexes works great. How can so many "gamers" get that wrong
@@MadaoAU I think what they did here was make it. So the analog stick on the right is comfortable and they really just want you to swap the face buttons for the back buttons but they don't really mention it or make it something that's easy to do 🤔
@@VentusGamingX Haha, fair enough 😅 Tbh, I can't recall exactly but maybe I cut something out, or maybe it was just a mistake when I copied over the pros list animation to convert it to cons 🤔
Hard pass for me sadly They fixed my only 2 issues of the original by adding dock support, and making it less likely to scrarxh the tablet when removing it ...but they ruined it with the top symmetrical sticks imo so that's a deal breaker
yeah, if Nintendo's your main platform, it feels very odd. Like I mentioned, I feel like the previous input layout would work best with a larger grip area D:
@itcamefromabox sad part is, I reached out to ask about it and rhey basically juat said it was an way visual way to distinguish the two models so it's not even like the symmetrical sticks was a big market request or solved some design problem..and they have no plans to release an asymmetrical model of the plus
@@maxisenberg9093 i mean they definitely stand out but once again, a better way to stand out would be with larger grips :O after using it for a month though, i know they did it because they want you to use the back buttons instead of the face buttons. i wish they mentioned that a bit more, once i started doing it, its definitely more comfortable BUT you gotta rewire your muscle memory and its not for everyone!
I've been testing it out for the last month almost daily with no issue. It's always a risk but it was really bad back then, the tech has been pretty much rock solid now. Genki lead the charge on figuring out what it was that caused it, then all these companies followed along.
Up next, we got a special edition controller from Genki x 8bitdo in the mail 🤯 Appreciate you watching ✌
I got mine little over a week ago
And I love it
It’s now the only way I can play my switch
Same here! It's reallyyyy hard to use any normal sized controller and go back to the joy-cons :o
Always appreciate your thorough reviews, keep up the good work! Will be sure to consider the suggestions moving forward!
So are you saying you gonna add some more features on the update
Oh awesome! Appreciate that guys!!
make the nitro deck + in atomic red
It Came From A Box, awesome video bro
@@IOSARBX thanks so much :D appreciate ya watching!!
Thanks for the amazing review as always
And thanks for watching as always omar :D! Appreciate ya!!
This applies moreso to your last video but ever thought of like shirts? I'd TOTALLY get an ICFAB shirt that says like "but does it wake the switch?" 😆

@@JoeMah. Oh yeah, it took like a week for me to get used to it. I use like a floating grip hold lol but I'd love real fix for that!
what is your phone case?

@@michaelcastoria That's pretty much what happens, I don't think most people realize how rough they are with their stuff lolll
Can I use a 3rd party HDMI adapter to use it as a dock? Thanks 🙏
What kind of phone is that? Looks interesting.
Pixel fold!
I saw a snapshot of a Street fighter game it's widely known that the the anniversary edition for the switch has issues because of the button mapping just trying to figure out which Street fighter game I saw that snapshot of
it's from their Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection! I can't check right now but it's either alpha 3 or 3rd strike!

Oh dang! I didn't notice that I've been using it for a while now too 😭 I'll check it out, but I highlight your comment for now! Appreciate the info!!
In the meantime you can just remove the right side stick topper. The fit should be good then.
the 5 minute photoshop fooled me before i read the text, how could you box man
how could they not?!?!
I like it! Imma sheck it out
sheck it out bro!!!
@@itcamefromabox I like the solid white on the back of the clear white one.

You're so much better than everyone.
🎉🎉🎉
😍😍
Hall effect joysticks are pro or con?
always a pro, theyre the new norm!
@itcamefromabox cause you have mentioned it at the con tab also..
instead of fixing the size to have comfortable movement on the right stick, they decided to completely mess up the layout. Insane

5:46 that is not the best, third party docks can kill the switch.

As long as you use the original ac adapter your switch will be fine.
Stupid d pad and bottons positions !! 😢
