Thank you for sharing this. I have just ordered your book and am looking forward to learning how and what to cook, since I have rebelled against it my whole life. Thank you for making this less complicated!

We'll be going to Europe at the end of September and I fully intend to cook as much as possible while we're staying at Airbnb's. There were so many great suggestions in this video, I can't thank you enough!

You're going to love it! In many places in Europe, you'll find amazing produce at small local stores and you'll be able to make simple yet scrumptious fresh dinners. Enjoy!

That sounds similar to what we do when we travel. We look for cans of beans and tomato sauce with no added salt or sugar., and we pick up some tofu. Quinoa and pasta are quick cooking, and sometimes we find pre-cooked, packaged organic brown rice. We buy some basic fresh vegetables for salad and cooking; sometimes a location offers something special that we don't usually buy fresh, like a pineapple or green coconut!

Thanks for mentioning pre-cooked brown rice - I completely forgot to look for that as I hardly ever shop the frozen aisle.
