- Hey y’all! In today’s video I am sharing a simple recipe for strawberry loaf bread with strawberry glaze! Enjoy 😊
Strawberry Bread:
2 cups diced strawberries
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
Glaze:
1 cup diced strawberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1-2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

I made it and it's pretty good! I pureed some of the strawberries though and then added it to the mix. I don't like a lot of chunks in my food. And it didn't add the glaze. Trying to cut back on the sugar, but I REALLY wanted to make this. Glad I did. 😊
