This was so easy and delicious!! Making again today!
Tried it the other day and it came out so good. I loosened the corners immediately from oven and flipped it on a cooling rack to prevent it from sticking.
Just made this and it was so good! One recommendation to help your bread not stick to the pan is to make sure it’s nonstick or well greased and when it’s done baking immediately flip it out of the pan onto a cooling rack (sometimes with older pans it will still stick a little bit but with newer pans this always does the trick for me!) Anyways Great Recipe!
That looks delicious. I just watched the short that John from Preppy Kitchen did on the strawberry bread. But he didn't include a link with the recipe. I thought he'd done a longer video. So I decided to search for it and found this instead. I'm so glad that I watched this. You did a great job. One year I baked a birthday cake for myself and one of the layers stuck to the bottom of the pan. I hadn't had that happen before. My point is that even though some of yours stuck to the bottom of your pan it happens to a lot of us from time to time. But the end product is still delicious. Btw, your dogs are both cuties.
I didn’t see any videos on the Strawberry Bread either. I just decided to make Strawberry Bread for fun, and credit him, since this was his recipe.
And yeah, cakes and bread get stuck to the bottom of the pan a lot when I make them. Sorry about your birthday cake btw.😅
