This is my daughter's birthday cake and she loved it. I didn't nix the powder sugar well so make sure it is mixed all the way. I make it a second time and it was perfectly delicious!

They are actually muddled, not caramelized. I hope that helps!

Тhink you sould add some flour to chopped strawberries. So strawberries won't sink to the bottom
