In this video I will walk you through on how to double smoke a ham. This is a perfect recipe for Christmas. This is a very easy recipe that will impress a lot of people!
So for this recipe I fired up my offset smoker and I run it somewhere between 120 - 145 °C (245 - 295 F ). For this cook I used oak as fuel source.

2 TBSP Honey
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Pineapple juice

Looks you over cook why you didn.t show the ham😞
