I have spondylitis cervical and lumber, so most of the exercises I've tried leave in unbearable pain

I'm 68 years old,.....I do 30 to 40 squats six DAYS a week....I walk 7 days a week....I do light hand weights 3 to 5 lbs WITH 50 reps six days a week...I eat mostly plant based WAY of eating with lean turkey and chicken breast, I eat wild caught salmon, halibut, flounder, I do eat sardines and tuna,..... FRESH fruits and vegetables...extra virgin olive oil...LOTS of water, Brown rice, ....multi grain BREAD....I DO NOT EAT SUGARY DRINKS AND FOODS,....RED MEAT OR PORK...BREAKSFAST MEATS OR DELI MEATS...A LITTLE BLACK TEA AND GREEN TEA ON OCCASIONS...I DO NOT OWN A MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER BY CHOICE......I DO NOT EAT SALTY SNACKS...etc.....I've never had high blood pressure, I'm taking NO MEDS, EYESIGHT FOR DISTANT REVERSED, NO SEASONAL ALLERGIES, ....I DO MY YEARLY HEALTH MAINTENANCE, BLOODWORK EVERY 6 MONTHS....VERY LIMITED STRESS....I DOWNSIZED MY LIFE 20 YEARS AGO AND LIVE SIMPLE, HEALTHY, SPIRITUALLY, ETC.....I GIVE THANKS AND PRAISE TO ALMIGHTY GOD AND JESUS CHRIST FOR BLESSING MY 40 YEARS OF EFFORT......WHILE .GUIDING , PROTECTING, LOVING, DISCIPLINE, COMFORTING ME WHEN NEEDED, AND EXTENDING THEIR MERCY , PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING TOWARDS ME!.......I DO NOT DRINK, DO DRUGS , SMOKE, ETC......I'VE FINALLY LEARNED TO TRUST GOD MORE, AND NOT STRESS THE SMALL OR LARGE STUFF,..BEING PEACEFUL AS MUCH AS I CAN,.....IT WORKS!......I READ THE BIBLE DAILY, PRAY DAILY, WORSHIP GOD AND JESUS CHRIST DAILY!...........MANY BLESSINGS TO ALL!....STAY SAFE!....SEEK, PRAY DAILY, OBEY ALMIGHTY GOD AND JESUS CHRIST !!

I am 59 and can do all of these with no problem. You need to add weights (heavy) to some of these exercises to get the most benefit.
Not everyone want or need “heavy” weights to have the most benefit. This is We Shape not.…….. You tube is great there's something for EVERYONE. It's not just about age come on now u know this. Also she is a Physical Therapist ( Dr.) as well as the other professionals not Personal Trainers.

@@Hister-dr3tb Hun sier at i overgangsalderen blir det endringer i hormoner og skjelettet. For å være sterk og hindre at vi mister bein tetthet, med risiko for å utvikle beinskjørhet, er disse øvelsene bra å utføre.

The title is most likely to catch attention .. these appear to be good basic tools and exercises that can be done in the morning if you are on a time constraint ( like if you stink at being a morning person) but they can give you a kick start to your day .. if you don’t like them then go look at other videos , no need to be so critical.. and yes menopause can happen any where from 44 to 55 .. so yes 51 can be an approximation

Your form is likely off. Make sure you’re doing them correctly. Position/form is critical. Have a trainer at the gym show you how to do them correctly, or check a GOOD trainer on YT. HTH
I have been making exercises when i started i was weighing 84 and now weighing 70 but now the upper part of my body has become bigger than the down part because of my breasts are big but at first i it was marching with body now which exercise do advice me to do another am confused.

I’m 51, a lifelong fitness and health enthusiast, and can do all of these moves and much more without issue. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Strength training with weights should be considered.
I’m a lifelong cardio queen, and have always been fit, I still workout at least 5 days a week, but I didn’t start doing strength training consistently until my mid 40’s. Game changer for certain.
However, I’m aware that everyone is different. This is a good start for those who have zero to little experience exercising.
Starting somewhere is better than not starting at all. You can work up to using light weights, then heavy.
ALWAYS consult with your doctor before starting any workout, or using weights.
Also, use correct form, that’s important to combat against injury.
Work on flexibility and balance too! ❤
