I really love these Weshape videos but I had a very unpleasant with your company. I signed up for a one-year discount subscription in December but requested a cancellation after experiencing serious health issues after trying to do the test. After not getting a refund in one month I sent an email to customer service. I have just received an email saying that I will not get my $99.00 back because I did not EXPLICITLY REQUESTED a refund when I requested the cancellation.
I saw these same moves on Pornhub. Thumbs up!
Can I do all these exercises with a total hip replacement?
You are the best man with simple excercices and good mood. I am from slovenia in i watch you all the time. I am recowering after knee operation. Thank you and all the best in your life.
I can't believe it. A video that recognizes there are people who are alive over 70 years old❗ Thanks for a good video.
Right! But he’s shouting like we’re deaf!
He always shouts - too much energy 🎉
@@ShakilaTaranumMaan I have him on mute with cc.

Thanks for including us 70 year olds. We want to be in as good shape as possible.
My former personal trainer son always says “ You can improve at any age. “
But also, there are some things you can't improve. It's natural for things to start breaking down.
@@324cmac You can work around those things. Build up what you can.
Personal trainers can help you in that way.
They can also show you what you may not be doing that could help you improve.
Yeah, nothing like triggering the bursitis in shoulders and hips I've had for 40 years that no one can seem to cure.
@@annettefournier9655 With a capitalist healthcare system there is no incentive to cure any ailment.
@@annettefournier9655 I have found that certain simple stretches can cause pain - hip bursitis, upper back slight soreness that causes my thumb on that side to go numb.
So I eliminate them. It’s been interesting to see what has caused them.
Of course it’s different for everyone. But trial and error.
Bursitis is caused by something - I had “ tennis elbow “ for years - except it was really “ lifting diaper pail elbow “ - eventually went away after 12 years of diapers, but took years.
Do you know what caused your bursitis - such as certain repetitive movements?
Thank you. I am 72. No health problems. Love the videos
You should thank the Man if you have NO health problems at 72. 4 knee surgeries on the left and 3 stents in the heart and now found I have neuropathy from toes to hips.🤫
Thx so much for addressing the over 70 group 💞 TUVM. ❤
I'm 70 and going to use these exercises. Very helpful. Thank you!
Love your videos. As a 70-year-old, I'm in fairly decent shape but I need to do better and your videos are really encouraging.
stop sitting, get moving my motto♥
Thank you for thinking about us. I am 76 and exercise every day. Some are sitting and some standing. The difference in my flexibility is huge.
Agree 👍.
Apparently, I watched this before without commenting. So now I comment. At 78 1/2 I go to the gym 4x/week with Wednesday and weekends off for about 1/2 hour. I spend 1 mile on the treadmill, at level 4 with half the mile at the largest incline. Squats with a 30-50 lb weights, plus curls with 20-25 pound weights. I like to think it makes a difference in managing Arthritis pain/discomfort. I use a wooden walking stick (not a cane) to get around.
Hitting 75. I was just about to finish off my weights with some deadlifts before I jump on the rowing machine and I thought I would check out your video. Cute very cute.
Thank u sooo much for helping many people….
Really appreciate ur nobel work
I appreciate getting just a few exercises to try at a time. Thank you for sharing you knowledge, and I hope your channel is taking off for you and people are signing up for the programs you offer! I cannot do so at this time, but do appreciate very much that I can follow your shorts for the time being
I will certainly be trying these moves to maintain my posture.Thank you 😊
It always gets me when young guys are telling us old guys what is best for us. They may be good exercises but let's have a 70+ year old demonstrating them.
Sorry, I am almost 72, and that’s nothing for me to breeze through.
@@edesouza2279 I'm 74 and same here, I can do them easily. It's just that a young guy giving old people advice about what they should be doing seems counterintuitive. He should walk a mile in my shoes first(be 74 for a while) then I might consider his advice qualified.
@@edesouza2279 When he said on the 30 minute video - “ First round - push ups “ - I thought - you must be kidding. I hate them and could never do them . At 70, not likely to start, lol
I do the simplest one - using the back of a chair. Not too bad.

I’m 65 and not very fit or flexible. I do love your videos.
Thank you so much! I am a woman, heading for 72 and struggling to walk any distance or do any weight bearing exercises because of a meniscus problem. Any ideas would be much appreciated!
Great exercises and luvin it!
Good exercises. I am not 70 and fit, but these are great thanks.
Saved this. Hope it doesn’t get lost in the shuffle.
Loving the video. Thank you for making the time to help people at 70 years + keep fitter. 😊😊
Thank you! Nothing like the constant back ache. This helps.
As a 69 yr old I am experiencing ageist remarks about turning 70
My reply: it is just another number, what matters is the right attitude face each challenge squarely and honestly, with faith that you WILL overcome
I am 73. My three movements are the deadlift, squats and bench pressing. My bench currently is 265. My goal is 300 lbs. I would like to get there before my 74th birthday in July.
Please be careful, im 71 ,the last exercise especially would injure me severely, screaming pain in my hips. Glad 😊 it helps some folks ❤ just start slowly 😊 agape love ❤️
Thks for info will try that .
Great video! Now do one for people 80 and over
LOL
Great video, as a 75+ , SCI vet who's prone to stopping this is simple and effective to do anytime.
At 68 I play tennis and lift weights 3 days a week. Thanks!
That first exercise is similar to what my old dog does when comes out of his kennel every morning
I'm 78 and just did 6.7 miles of mountain bike trailes! 😅
I do evory day 2 min the horse stands 30 min all exercise triceps bench press lat pully curls squats light 4 times a week ,iam 70 years young ,great video👌
That's the most important.. to feel "x" years "young"! Great thinking!
Thanks for sharing this information 🙏 I am starting to use it and beginning to feel a little better.God bless you,I also shared it with others.keep showing us things that are helpful to us old folks and not too hard to do
I love this guy!
He gives great info and demos well.
Great video I will do these
Thank you for those great tips on back exercises 🙏🏼
Thanks so much for this information. I was longing for this video for a long time. Thanks again. 🙏👍
Thank you!
Thank you,.
Thank you!!!!!!
Thanks for including the 70yr olds. Awfully grateful. Regards and keep up the good work mwah
I'm 72 years you right Thanks very much kindly
Thanks for your video!
We should always check with one's doctor before starting an exercise program, especially if there are back problems. Also, cortisone shots might work on occasion but it destroys the cartilage at the joints, be aware.
Thank god...3 stretches...3minutes !!!👍👍👍
Thanks again I love your videos
Many many thanks
Thanks❤
Thank you
Thanks for the guidance 🙏🏻 🙌.
Thank you so much Sir ❤🎉
Thank for these techniques!
Yep, 70 is kind of 55 for me, I enjoy moderate weight lifting, planks and whatever I learn every week. It has gotten to a point that whenever I feel sick , like the flu, doing chest exercises helps with breathing and emotional well being.I have been doing this for 32 years and it is kind of addictive, try it you don't need heavy weights, just do something ,keep researching and you will feel a lot better.
Thanks, You are the Best.😊
FANTASTIC!
On my way to 70 this year and need to shed a few pounds.
Nice.just what I need
Just great, love from Montreal! Ya keep up the bend and pick-up, know why, it's cuz we do it so so much, I'm 62 and noticed I'm feeling like a hinge! Just getting over a terrible groin injury, 3 yrs I kid you not! Thank you!
I recommend hinging further than upright, pushing hips forward, really stretching the hip flexors each time. Feels marvelous and makes your upright stance even taller. Great, easy exercises!
You are so seet !!!!!
and sound very good person
Nice job god bless
Would it be safer to use a higher chair for the 3rd exercise?
What are useful are videos that just do the exercises that we do along with you. A person only watches one like this one time, but the compact videos that I can do along with, I watch daily as long as they serve me. Many many times. Title: 3 minutes of stretching for People Over 70. And then the video should be like 3:20 so we know there is not a lot of talking before.
Thank you
Very informative
Inspiring.
🎉Ineeded this.
Once up, this is useful. But . . . how about fifteen minutes of “foot to head” movements before getting out of bed?
Great vids, thank you. Do you believe in facial exercises to keep face from drooping, like jowls, under eyes?
And a lot are younger than people in their 40s 😊
Hi Coach, how does an elderly with kyphosis do exercise 2? Her back is already rounded to begin with, due to compression fracture. So when she's hinging and lowering her body, her back's already rounded and she can't straighten it. My mom's 78. Hope to hear from you.
Your mom should see a physical therapist who works with geriatric patients. Her doctor should make a referral and send most recent X-rays.
Merci
I am 73 and was fine till this year when I got tendonitis, then (now) I have inflammation in my right knee and it has been sore for two months. Yesterday I hurt my back a little, just working in the garden. Question, can I do the third exercise with inflammation on the right side of one of my knees? And should we do the exercises a certain number of times? Thanks so much!! From a tiny town in Mexico...
You can always get cortisone shots. A really great help for pain.
I have Flexor Carpi Ulnaris Tendonitis. Worked with physio when it started but no improvement.
The pain is pretty minor, can’t complain.
But if it got worse and interfered with my ADL’s, I would definitely consider cortisone shots.
My brother gets cortisone shots - a year after surgery on his rotator cuff, he still has pain. The shots make all the difference in his life.
For men, squeezing the knees in that last exercise might be a bit difficult due to a bit of, what I would call, 'testicular interference'. Putting one or two fists together between the knees may help alleviate that problem. Does this work for you?
There's a homeless 83 year old man that im about to start helping to exercise.
I will do these, but im going to also start him doing squats with only his body weight hold something for support.
I'm 62 and deadlift and squat over 400lbs without a belt. As elderly people i think we need to do these basic things plus balance poses to catch a fall b4 it happens.
What do you think? Even just practicing getting up off the floor is an exercise that i want him to practice. 🤔
You did not mention the single most important exercise for older people, SQUATS! I am 75 years old, have worked out my entire adult life at a gym and sometimes with a tactical fitness trainer, walk a lot every day, and am in better shape than most men 25 years younger than I! If you want to continue being able to tie your shoes, climb stairs, etc. start doing those squats!
Agreed thank you for saying that lol
76 years old and still practicing calisthenics
Question: I have had the bottom 5 discs removed and fused. I also have a hip replacement. Can I still do these exercises? Thanks.
I am a 76 year old woman.
Look so smash and interesting
Why do I need to do your type of “standing downward dog” when I can do a traditional downward dog? What is the difference?
I am also 72 and I can do all the standard Yoga poses strengthening exercises and stretching poses, including downward dog, bridge poses etc. as any 40 something year old person.
Just asking!! Oops, I have a🧘♀️ class in an hour🏃♀️
The second one is like taking a golf stance 👍🤪🇺🇲
What is the reason for knots in the lower back?
What is the purpose of the 3rd one?
The best thing you could do is get some 70 yrs doing these exercises
I may nor be seventy but I do that last exercise lying in bed to relieve my SCIATICA .
Like your videos. I see your chairs are very low to the ground. My chairs are 16-1/2” high. Will the exercises have same benefits?
perhaps some kind of support that will raise feet? wide book under each foot? or slab of thick wood? depending on how tall you are .. :)
Just squat...to pick up what's on the floor..
I have back pain lower part what to do ??
❤
In exercise 1 is it ok to arch the lower back?
Way Too Easy For Me!!! 🤣🤣🤣 🤜🤛
🙏
I cannot resist someone comments 70year is still exist I am more than still living my friend Ramamurthy Bangalore
How many reps, how many sets?
How many reps of each?
The key is wearing red athletic shoes 🕊❤
My recliner attacked Me 😅
I did the Wall downward dog and my heart went crazy and I almost fainted.
You only have to practise Hatha Yoga I am 73 can do headstand full forward bend all sorts think you need to do as your knees are bent.
❤😊
What can for my lax pelvic region ?
Oops! ... do for ...
Not possible when you are riddled with Arthritis I fear. 😔
This video should be done by 70 year old and also we are not all as immobile as he performs and assumes
