Week 1 Day 1: Moving Meditation Part I!

- This class is inspired by the movement of tai chi. Our goal is to bring the breath in sync with the movement of the body, and is a great way to burn away any lingering stress from the day. This class is simple and easy to follow, so whenever you’re ready, meet me at the top of your mat and let’s get started!

I only did the first 30 day yoga challenge a few months ago and was thinking I should get back into a more consistent practice again. Perfect to keep my head level while university starts back up again. I am excited!

I love this. It's been 1.5 years and it's still good.
A few days behind on this, but still so ready to get back on track and what a great way to do so with some meditation. Never been good at this and this is truly helping!
Turns out, I'm a year behind with this one but, hey! This is awesome, I love the beach setting and the tai chi aspect. I feel energized yet relaxed!

Today was my first day doing yoga in a very long time. I am in no way flexible and I only remember half of them moves names you did in this video. this was a very shaky first step on a long journey for myself. Thank you for providing this very helpful tool for wannabe and hopefully soon-to-be Yogis like me.

I just found this challenge and I plan to try it once Im finished with the other one. I really like your instruction. It's positive, smooth and easy to follow. is this for weight loss as well? I'm really comfortable with my body and I feel that it's fat burning if you do it every day like this. I do love it, I just would prefer if it didn't help me lose weight.

The audio wasn't great, and at the end it got very quiet. Other than the tech, the actual practice was wonderful!
I don't consider this a moving meditation class, just felt like a yoga class...nice but just yoga, not like meditative classes I've experienced.
Isn't all yoga a little meditative?
