In today’s nail video, I try out Salon Acrylic French Nails from the Kiss Brand! I absolutely love these nails & definitely would buy these again if I want a French Nail Manicure! Best of all these were only around $8-$9 (depending where you buy them!) Question: Have you been liking my nail videos recently?? 🙃 I’d love to know!
I used the press on glue tabs on my nail beds, then entirely covered the inside of the press on nail with Makartt acrylic nail glue. I pressed for 40 seconds on each nail.I am now on day 10 and still counting. there has been no lifting.
Thanks for this. They look great on you. I opted for the shorter version of these Kiss nails as I do lots of crafting and knitting and do not want them to get in the way. I’m putting them on tomorrow. Jo in France
I like how you do all angles of the nails to get a good look at them. They really look natural salon look finish and very nice on you. You did a great job explaining how they held up.
I learned that putting enough nail glue and slowly allowing it to spread across your nail and fake nail before pressing the fake nail down helps eliminate air bubbles…I hope that makes sense! 🙈
I hope I can explain it well in text. After you apply glue on your nail & on the fake nail…position the bottom of the fake nail as close to your cuticle as possible & slowly press the fake nail down…you can kind of see the air bubbles as you slowly press the fake nail down to your natural nail & the bubbles should just naturally go away. Make sure you’re applying enough glue too…if you’re not applying enough glue that’s what is causing air bubbles. And always make sure to press the fake nail down for at least 30 seconds or more to make sure the glue has adhered to your nail well. I hope this helps!
No it wouldn’t! The white part of these nails aren’t printed on. So when you file the tips to smooth the tabs out. You’re just filing it away. Hope that answers your question 🙃
I love French tips, but I can’t stand the bubbles. So I tried following your tip of the “slow” application of the nail down / roll finger back and forth. And it worked for most! Except my last thumb application which looks awful 🫣 The main problem I had was just way too much glue leaking out from under the nail when I pressed down 🙁 I was careful to not apply too much glue (I thought!) - so where am I going wrong lol
Lol look at me looking for a quick fix when I should’ve know it was just “practice makes perfect” 😆 Thanks so much for responding! Your video was to the point and helpful ❤️ I’m enjoying my new mani as long as I don’t look at my thumb LOL

@@LauraFelicia Yes, but when I do put a lot of glue it always comes out thru the sides and gets on the nail...😒❤
Yeah it definitely takes a bit of practice
@@LauraFeliciawhat should I do for my nails 💅?
Put them on from your cuticle first then slowly apply and press down. Don't use too much glue otherwise you might get glue come out the side
I love these nails I've used them for 2 years
I’m always getting bubbles help ❤

It definitely takes some practice! 🥰 knowing how much glue to apply is tricky! Just keep practicing & you’ll get it down! 💖
