Loved both the videos it was very helpful! Especially giving us normal scenarios people will go through and how well the nails hold up against that.
I have a handful of questions:
    1. I'm assuming the time you say they lasted you was just using the glue they provide?
    2. How good is that glue?
    3. How many sets of 10 does that given glue usually last?
    4. Do you have recommendations on which glue to buy? (especially for people who have to take on daily chores -such as washing dishes everyday too)
    5. Also, is there a good way to take off the nails in a way as to be reused multiple times?
    Thank you for your time!

      @@Alexistelle.
hi! So wonderful to hear you liked the videos. Great questions!
      1. Yes, these times were for their original glue. In the last half year I’m finding most of the glue on nails come with the “pink glue” . I would say these hold times are for the “original” glue. The pink glues don’t work nearly as well for me personally. The “original” glue was very similar to the Powerflex Precision, Max Speed, and Brush On glues in my opinion.
      2. Their original, non-pink glue worked really well for me. I felt like it was only slightly less strong than the power hold and precise tip ones I showed at the end of this video. The pink glue don’t work well for me at all.
I think it just has to do with individual nail bed chemistry too. They must be working well for many people as it seems like the are becoming the “default glue” at KISS (sadly for me).
That being said I love their power flex and other glues I showed at the end of this video. Those get me 2 weeks for nails and 3 weeks for toenails pretty consistently (and I don’t wear gloves for doing dishes or cleaning).
      3. The glue the size of what comes in the kit probably last 2-3 rounds of applications. It’s really quite small. Also the glue can dry out if you’re not careful between applications or the cap can get glued shut or on. Then it doesn’t last more than 1 application. The other glues you can buy separately from KISS are larger tubes and should last much longer. My guess would be ~4-5 times, but I’ve never counted.
      4. The max speed power flex glue and precision tip glue are my favorite. They seem very similar to me and other than the shape of the bottle and tip, I don’t notice a difference between them in wear time.
The other thing I have been doing recently is using Krazy glue instead of nail glue. I know that might sound krazy (lol), but I noticed they smell really similar and then I looked up the ingredients:
“Krazy Glue is made up of 99.95% ethyl cyanoacrylate and 0.05% acrylic. Defined as a non-toxic, colorless, fast- acting adhesive, it can provide up to 1000 pounds per square inch of bonding strength.”
“Kiss powerflex max speed: Ethyl Cyanoacrylate, Triacetin, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Bha”
So the main ingredient in both is actually the exact same! Of course, I can’t officially recommend to anyone to use a glue that is not made for nails on nails, but I can just share my experience and research on it.
      5. Short answer: No. I feel like the nails kind of look worn at the end of my 2 weeks wearing them, so I don’t think they look good enough to reuse most of the time, so I haven’t experimented much with this. There may be a way though.
