I lowkey don't know how I feel about his situation, like dude had a chance to play college football and perhaps go on to the NFL. A very difficult chance to achieve, but he has had a ton of success with his UA-cam career so it works out in the end.

The one thing I loved about 2017 UCF is that they triggered people. A G5 team not only thinking but 100% believing they could beat 99% of the country and P5 fans were furious. I loved it and loved watching that team.

Those couple seasons when Frost was running UCF(the "East Coast Oregon years") were so great! It's a travesty that the undefeated 2017 team weren't invited to the playoff.
And to really shine a spotlight on how great a hire he was - look at the collapse of Oregon football under Mark Helfrich after Scott Frost left: 2014(w/Frost) UO goes 13-2, PAC12 champs, beats FloridaSt by 39pts in the Rose Bowl & makes an appearance in the Natty. 2015(w/o Frost) UO goes 9-4 & gives up a 31-0 lead in a loss to TCU in the Alamo Bowl. 2016 UO goes 4-8, loses to an inferior OrSt team to end the season & Helfrich is fired.

A similar collapse to what UCF went through although the bounce back took longer was Southern Miss who went from 12-2 in 2011 with a historically solid program to immediately losing 23 straight games. They eventually got good again but it took a few years.

Wow, so when I was 10 years old I guess, I went to the 2007 Liberty Bowl where my MSU Bulldogs squared off against conference champions UCF. We won 10-3. This was in Mississippi States dark ages, so that in it of itself is crazy to me

I would take anything Deestroying says with a grain of salt. One of his story’s about how he almost got in a fight with his coach over kicking to McCaffrey when his team played Stanford. Deestroying claims that he kicked to him and it got returned for a TD. Problem is when you look at the highlights of the game there were no kickoffs returned for TD’s. Also there are suspiciously few comments pointing this out so it’s likely he deleted most of the comments calling him out. Bottom line is that he will make stuff up and pass it off as true.

Frost hasn't had nearly as big of a comeback here in Nebraska, but I think it's fair to say that the level of play in this conference is a big factor, let alone he started a rebuild during another guys rebuild (thank you other husker fans) but I think he's almost done it

UCF Fan here, we have had many up and down seasons, I went to every home game in 2017 when we went 13-0, I was 9 years old. I watched this video earlier when it came out, but I didn't comment. The War on 1-4 that season was crazy, that game winning kick return by Mike Hughes was awesome! The game winning interception vs Memphis was also awesome! I was at both of those games! A big thing in our 2018 season was that McKenzie Milton got injured by the fucking USF Bulls, if he didn't, we would've beaten LSU and been undefeated again! Joe Burrow said that our defense made him tougher. In conclusion, our 2017-2018 seasons were magical. GO KNIGHTS! CHARGE ON! ⚔🖤💛🖤💛⚔

I'm a Nebraska Cornhuskers fan and when I saw Scott Frost coach UCF, I was excited for him to coach for the Huskers, only for his homecoming game to be cancelled which led to our team going 0-6 which included a blowout loss to Michigan and at that point, my optimism for the team was permanently gone. There was no way we were going to find success in today's time no matter what coach we brought in, until we pull an Atlanta Falcons and won 4 of our 6 next games and that gave fans too much optimism for next season as we went 5-7 that included a blown lead to Colorado, a blowout against Ohio State, and losses to the likes of Minnesota, Indiana, and Purdue of all teams. Then came the next season which was affected by the pandemic and guess what, even a shortened schedule couldn't save us from another losing season. The only upside from that season was at least we weren't Penn State. Will we be doing any better this upcoming season? I honestly don't know as I don't really trust the coaching staff, our team is hit or miss, and Iowa keeps making us their bitch, but time will tell.
Thank you for listening to my rambling about the Cornhuskers. You can definitely see how much they have affected me ever since I got invested in this team.

I start as a freshman at UCF in 30 days. Dad is a 97' alumni. Been a fan since I could watch TV.
I grew up watching an 0-12 team, attending some games here and there, and in middle school distinctly remember being laughed at by classmates for being a fan of something other than UF or FSU.
Then 2017 happened. Then 2018 happened. I was at the peach bowl, the war on-I4, I was at the 21' gaspilla bowl and 10 other games those two seasons.
Were only getting better- I will see another UCF natty in my lifetime
