I make it with peels , cores and bad spots but try to preserve the actual apples for food… those sure were beautiful apples - I wish we could get them fresh in abundance here. They loose so many nutrients when they’re shipped across the country! 😢 The ones we get in a grocery store I use for ACV cleaning not medicinally. Great vid Tara! 💚

I have been told this is called apple scrap vinegar and isn't the same as true apple cider vinegar. Still hoping to use for my fire cider next year.

I know different regions call it different names, but yes, this is
ACV as well as apple cider vinegar. How do you make your "ACV"?
