if you have the monitor already, you will notice the power button hangs out. you can push this in any direction to pull up the menu and use the button to navigate through the menu. a combination of: down, left, down, down, down, down, down, down, should bring you straight to free sync where you can choose whether you want in on or off. hope this helps!

Is there possibly a setting you need to change on the ps? if not, check the menu on ur monitor by pushing the power button in any direction (other than up to turn it off) and navigate to find where it shows how many frames it is displaying. Sadly, this is the best help I can give. Best of luck homie!
It’s got to do atleast 120hz in hdmi mode they wouldn’t make a high refresh rate monitor only do 60hz through hdmi. I think it might be something to do with your dual monitor setup.
@@Rafael77Lopes I read up on my L340 after I posted this a month ago basically the L340 laptop is limited to a refresh rate of 60hz no matter what cable and monitor you buy it wont change it.
4ms. It isnt noticeable, mainly a placebo affect. Ms also is not the input response time but the ammount of time it takes for colors to change on the screen! I did a lot of research when i saw it was 4 ms, but shouldnt be much if any difference at all :)

What program you use for setting the 165hz?
@@laca96 if yours is stuck on 120 using the cable found in the box them the issue is likely caused by your gpu

The stand can be raised and lowered. At max height it is close to a foot off the desk and the lowest can basically touch the desk :)

Try changing the refresh rate from the graphics card control panel instead of windows setting. You'll able to get at least up to 120Hz or 144Hz.
And then get a DP cable to get the 165hz
