Not only did they break the rules, UA-cam explained to them exactly HOW they broke the rules. The people involved in this campaign chose to ignore the explanation.

BleakMonk: I TOTALLY agree with that. If they're going to enforce the TOS, they do need to do it across the board. I know though, that what they're doing right now is an attempt to bet rid of some of the pedophile problems, but that is CERTAINLY not the ONLY problem on UA-cam!

Nothing is more outrageous than people breaking the rules and then expecting special treatment. Next time, perhaps they shouldn't agree to the rules if they don't intend to follow them.

People are saying it's because they are underage. It doesn't matter that the channel is controlled by an adult, don't the TOS say that under 13 can't even use the site? And, even if it's controlled, it's still using. But, the punishment seems harsh.

Can't his father right a letter saying he gvromission and it will be un suspended. I dont understand why YouTUBE dosn't have some sort of FAX thing so if your under 13 you're perants have to fax in a premission statement or what not.

Man, I remember this kids videos. I thought it was awesome! WTF? They closed his account? I know my little brother (10yo) wanted a youtube account....
Wouldn't it be easy enough to filter the videos served as "related content" to only show uploads pre-rated as G? Just ask the community to rate our own videos when we upload! G, PGSuggested, R, or unrated/ EASY! Bring Jesse back!
