I’ve got it to work, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s on their roadmap to improve it significantly. That said, be extremely cautious connecting your cold wallet to websites using wallet connect. You risk signing a malicious transaction
Yes and no. Network fees are paid in the blockchains native currency. So if you transfer crypto on the Ethereum network, it’s paid in ETH. But if you transfer a token like PEPE that’s on Ethereum, the network fee is still ETH, not PEPE
Yes, anytime you transact on a Blockchain there is a fee. This is the price you pay for using crypto if you don’t know this, I suggest watching my crypto master class to better help you understand how this all works: ua-cam.com/video/fbut5dLecrs/v-deo.htmlsi=ISpnG5OYPcgSr_nY

Wallets or exchanges where you hold your cryptocurrency usually provide information about the network it operates on. Also your public address will tell you. Ethereum addresses start with "0x," indicating that the tokens are on the Ethereum blockchain. Also, Google will help
Sorry for the question. Saving your crypto on a cold wallet is not staking right? My crypto will still increase and decrease According to the market, right?
Silly question Alex, but how do I know (or where do I find) what network (lets say my MLC) my token is on (on the exchange) so I can make sure its the right network in my Tangem app?
2 questions: if you in port your seed phrase, can you change it to a new seed phrase or you have to create a new one and then transfer everything over? 2nd question, if someone else knows your seed phrase, can they access your account elsewhere or do they need the tangem card?
If you import your seed phrase all your assets can be accessed in whatever wallet you import it to. Crypto is t stored in a wallet. It’s stored on the blockchain. Thus, anyone who knows your seed phrase has full access/control of your crypto. I recommend you watch this video to help better understand: ua-cam.com/video/zAytWdIqE1g/v-deo.htmlsi=FWn728WhjNJt5Igl

And for the verify the adress how can we know if its the right adres. From ledger we can verify from its device Thank you
I would just browse the App Store. There’s McAfee & Norton that you could look into and research. As for signing, it’s blind signing. The answer can be elaborated this way: When using the official app, the risk of compromise is removed. Tangem advises users to prioritize their digital hygiene by maintaining a secure device environment, running the most up-to-date version of their mobile device's OS, and downloading apps only from official sources. Additionally, they are actively working on redesigning the token sending page, and will soon introduce it. Also, the official Tangem app is open-source and its code is available on GitHub. This means that everyone can check it out and verify that there is no backdoors and vulnerabilities, if they have some basic tech-knowledge of course.

I’ve got it to work, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s on their roadmap to improve it significantly. That said, be extremely cautious connecting your cold wallet to websites using wallet connect. You risk signing a malicious transaction
@ thanks for your response! It worked once but I haven’t gotten it to work again yet.
@ does it make any difference if it’s on an apple or android device?
It shouldn’t. The app is compatible with both types of devices.
Again, Tangem should be updating wallet connect soon, so it will work better.
UMMM enabling the "keep the wallet in the app" gives me a warning message that it will delete the wallet. What's up with this?
Are the fees for transferring each coin from the exchange to the wallet taken out of the coin you are transferring?
Yes and no. Network fees are paid in the blockchains native currency. So if you transfer crypto on the Ethereum network, it’s paid in ETH. But if you transfer a token like PEPE that’s on Ethereum, the network fee is still ETH, not PEPE
Hej men
I select wrong network to transfer eth to walet
Bep20 is posible to add after i send to erc20
Are there fees for transferring crypto from hot to tangem? If so what are they?
Yes, anytime you transact on a Blockchain there is a fee. This is the price you pay for using crypto if you don’t know this, I suggest watching my crypto master class to better help you understand how this all works: ua-cam.com/video/fbut5dLecrs/v-deo.htmlsi=ISpnG5OYPcgSr_nY
Hey are we able to access the tangem app with just a passcode or biometric option if we dont have the card with us?
Yes, but you can’t transact without the card or access certain settings.
But you can access the app and view it with biometrics
Hi, how do you share this wallet with spouse? She downloaded the app, scanned the primary card, entered the access code but wasn’t able to see the balance or nothing.
Im trying to swap from ADA to USDC on Tangem but get confused when adding the USDC coin to my portfolio when it asks me what network to use. Do you know which network i should use? I dont want to send to the wrong network and lose my money.
If you’re swapping, you choose whatever network you want.
There is legit like 10 different networks for me to use, very scared to use the wrong one. please help
You’re overcomplicating it.
Just pick the network you want to use-there’s no right or wrong USDT. When you swap, it will convert to whichever USDT network you have enabled.
@@cyberscrilla Thanks for the reply! I used your code to get my wallet, I apologize for the beginner questions this is my first cold wallet and im very sketched out transferring or swapping funds as they could potentially go missing. so when i add the USDC coin to my portfolio, when it asks me to chose a network i can use Etherum ERC20? OR should i use something like base or polygon ? what would you suggest , i eventually would like to reinvest this money i put in usdc until a dip or pull out as profit. I want to be sure i know which network to use 100% when adding the usdc coin
@ i was going to use usdC, is usdT better?
How do you know which network your coin is on?
Great video
Wallets or exchanges where you hold your cryptocurrency usually provide information about the network it operates on. Also your public address will tell you. Ethereum addresses start with "0x," indicating that the tokens are on the Ethereum blockchain.
Also, Google will help
@@cyberscrilla thank you so much!
Sorry for the question. Saving your crypto on a cold wallet is not staking right? My crypto will still increase and decrease According to the market, right?
Correct. It is not staking. It’s simply a device to store the keys to your wallet offline
@@cyberscrilla Thank you for responding 🤗
Hello, do you offer one on one coaching sir ?
Nope
Hey Scrilla, do you have recommendation what is the best and safest cold wallet for staking Solana?
Silly question Alex, but how do I know (or where do I find) what network (lets say my MLC) my token is on (on the exchange) so I can make sure its the right network in my Tangem app?
You choose the network when you send it, so make sure that’s the one you receive it on in Tangem.
@@cyberscrillasorry, that’s still confusing (so many others confused here about which “network” to choose and what that even means?
Can you generate the seed phrase at a later stage - like change of mind ? Is it better or card only option is better?
No. Anytime you generate a new seed phrase or private key, you create a new wallet.
I recommend you watch this video to help better understand:

I didn’t choose seed phrase is there anyway to delete the wallet and start a fresh wallet with same cards

@@jrj872244 you’re welcome! Lmk if you have any questions
I scan the card but that is as far as it went than I can click on screen to move to the next screen, whats happening
Will this work with Robinhood?
Yes
Thanks much!
Would putting the cards in a cash envelope rated for fire and water cause harm to the card?
It seems to have a lot of layers of silver protector within the materialed zippered envelope.
No. That would not cause any harm to them
Can I create a seed phrase if I accidentally clicked open create wallet?
Sir your explanation is si.ple and perfect
@@mamphoningiza1925 hey thanks!
Will the seed phrase be different then ones on the card that we can't see? And will those be different from each other too? Thx
No. They’re all the same private key/seed phrase
Great explaination and very educative video, thank you.
Will this be good to do transfers from the KuCoin app to tangem?
Yep 👍
How do you know what network to choose?
Whichever network you choose to send it on from the exchange, that’s the network you choose
@@cyberscrillathanks, I guess it was confusing me a bit but after taking the leap and doing a test first, it worked. Your videos are really helping out. 🙌
Wow. I need help. I’m a total newbie. My uphold screens don’t have the same options yours does. I can’t figure this transfer thing out. I Hate to leave it on the exchange but my tangem wallets are useless because I can’t figure out how to transfer!
Can u add 6 cars total as a back up? Or only 3?
3 total. But if you choose the seed phrase option you really have unlimited backups assuming you keep your seed phrase safe 😉
I have 2 cards otw but accidentally ordered the 3 card option (orange bitcoin) which won't ship for days after the first 2 arrive. Can I not setup a totally different tandem wallet for the 3 "special" cards?
Of course you can setup a different wallet with the 3 cards. And you can use it in the same app even.
Hey scrilla do u know any malware protection for iphone cause i want to make my seed phrase without being watched or is putting the internet out and putting on airplane mode enough. And for the verify the adress how can we know if its the right adres. From ledger we can verify from its device
Thank you
I would just browse the App Store. There’s McAfee & Norton that you could look into and research.
As for signing, it’s blind signing.
The answer can be elaborated this way:
When using the official app, the risk of compromise is removed.
@@cyberscrilla so if we use the tangem app we dont have to worry for being comprised from malware and being watched. So we don’t have the use the norton and mcafee app.
Sorry for my bad english
@@Kaan-42 Not what I said. Ensuring your phone is free of malware and using the official Tangem app is how you guarantee your device is safe while using Tangem.
And your English is great 👍

Hello from Australia. Thank you for all your information. Just bought 3 card's. I would like to know can i install tangem wallet on 2 separate phones and still be able to send and receive from the 2 different phones. Thank you in advance.
How/where do you put in bank info?
I absolutely love mine..! You think staking will come in the near future??
Yes! It should be here very soon. Within the next month or so according to Tangem.
