Nice hardware wallet. Hadn’t come across this one before seeing your video. In terms of simplicity- great. But I would love to see more crypto staking options before making a switch from ledger. 👌

Despite contacting their customer service multiple times, I have received little to no support. The lack of responsiveness and assistance has been frustrating. I believe influencers and content creators play a crucial role in guiding their audience, so I sincerely hope that recommendations are made with careful consideration of product reliability and customer support. Can you view your wallet assets without the card? What if you decided to buy the ring after you have owned the card set? Can you move assets to the ring and throw away the old card set?
Hi, Kai, I got my Tangem Wallet from your link, few month ago, but last week I was trying to sending bitcoin from my nexo account to my tangem wallet, I found very expensive . I did simulate of 50 euros and 1000 euros, both were 18,84 euros for the transaction fees. Is there anything I could do to avoid this high fees, I would like to hear from you about this issue. Many Thanks.
If you use the Tangem without seed you really have to not loose all the cards. Also hope that NFC technology will be used on mobile phones the next 25 years. One problem is that you must have the Tangem app on the phone. If you get robbed and someone force you to open the phone they will see how much crypto you have. This could result in a lot of physical pain. 🤕
Just wanted to mention an issue I had with Tangem and the setup. When I ordered the cards I had a iphone SE, so it probably won't be an issue with most people, but because the screen is so much shorter, I was not able to complete the final step of setup. The issue was that the window that came up to create your access code, was too long for the screen, so the button I needed to tap in order to continue was not visible, and I could not move the window to access the button. Luckily, I decided it was time to upgrade to a newer phone, and then was able to finish setting it up on the new phone. But, if I had not made this decision, I am not sure how I would have resolved the issue, because I had no way of contacting Tangem for any assistance. At least, none that I could easily discover. I tried sending them emails, but never got a reply.
How do you find out, or know, which block chain a coin is on??? Yet to find anyone who explains that in detail. If you put it on the wrong chain, you've lost your crypto.
Hi. The easiest and safest ways to check a coin's blockchain: Check the exchange where you're withdrawing from - they'll explicitly show you the available networks for that coin. For example, when withdrawing USDT, you might see options like "ERC-20 (Ethereum)", "BEP-20 (BSC)", etc. Look up the token on CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap - they list all the networks a coin operates on. Many popular tokens like USDT and USDC exist on multiple chains. Visit the official project website - they'll always list their blockchain(s) Quick safety tips: Always do a small test transaction first Match the network on both sending/receiving ends When receiving, platforms like MetaMask will show you which network a token is on. On Tangem you will also see the logo of the chain indicated making it very easy to see. Cheers
What about closed software? I read a comment on Reddit where someone said Chinese companies has to have back doors in everything that is manufactured there (Factories) as a law from 2017? Hi. If you lose all Tangem cards and didn’t back up using a seed phrase, you cannot recover your wallet or funds. The private keys are stored only on the cards. Make sure to keep your cards in separate, secure locations. Without either, the wallet is irretrievable. Cheers
Appreciate your review. I am close to buying Tangem but I am curious about the following scenario. If I lost all 3 cards and did not opt to use seed phrases. Is it possible to recover the funds stored in the wallet? Also, is it possible to store the same Crypto in two cold wallets? Thank you.
Thanks a lot 🙌 Here's a breakdown of your concerns about Tangem: If You Lose All 3 Cards Without Seed Phrases: Unfortunately, if you lose all three cards and haven’t backed up the seed phrase (or opted out of generating one), recovery is not possible. The cards are your access keys, and without them or the seed phrase, the wallet's contents are effectively lost. Tangem emphasizes this as a key security feature to protect against unauthorized access. Storing the Same Crypto in Two Cold Wallets: Yes, you can store the same cryptocurrency in two cold wallets, but they are independent of each other. Each wallet would have its own private keys. You’d essentially be splitting or duplicating funds by sending transactions from one wallet to another. However, you can't clone or sync a wallet directly between two devices unless you're restoring from the same seed phrase. Hope this helps. Cheers

Important Notes: • If your Tangem card is part of a multisig setup or additional security settings were enabled via the app, you may need the other cards in the setup to regain full access. Proactive Steps to Avoid Issues: • Have a Backup Tangem Card: • Use Tangem’s backup feature to create a duplicate card that can be used if one is lost. • Secure Your PIN: • Ensure you remember the PIN for the Tangem card, as it’s required to use it without a phone. As long as you have your Tangem card and remember your PIN, losing your phone won’t prevent access to your funds. You’ll just need another device with the Tangem app. Cheers
