Great video! I’m having that EXACT issue on my ‘01 Yukon - completely intermittent - and I’d just bet that’s the problem. Thanks much for sharing, brother!
Don’t get too excited about this correcting the issue. Have the same car 03 Suburban and have worked this ground as well as several others and am still chasing this issue. I now think it is in the ABS module with dry loose solder joints. Thanks for posting!
Pull your abs relay so it doesn’t kick on and cause you to wreck. I had it happen too many times to me. I pulled mine and doesn’t try to kill me anymore..
Soldered mine. Lasted about 4 months before the lights came back on. Can’t believe these modules are still several hundred $$. Can’t find them new either, just rebuilt.
Great info..thanks so much. Done in a few minutes. I'm trying to teach myself how to do stuff instead of going to the shop for everything... greatly appreciated 🤙🏽
I also wanted to mention my traction control light and service stability on the information screen is coming on after I did this cleaning of the terminals so any ideas..?👍
I just wanted to say I followed your video to a "T", and I even use the diet electric grease method one of your commenters made and still I have those lights not sure if they take a while to go off but yours went off instantly in mine did not can you give me an idea of what direction I should take next to try to eliminate those lights I would really appreciate any advice or help you could give thank you kindly
This happened in my 04 avalanche and now on my 05 Yukon. On the avy I actually had to remove the abs module and solder the connections on the motherboard.
What if the abs is on and the brake light is on and as the pedal is press down you hear air and pedal goes down and it's very loose? I checked all fuses and fluid leaks and nothing. I think it's the power booster? I have a 1999 Olds Bravada
I've actually done this previously on my 00 Tahoe and my 05 Yukon XL is doing it now too. Just wanted to see if you had any different info or methods that I hadn't seen. Pretty cut n dry, really. One tip though, the bolt and being clean is just as important to the completion of the ground as the ring terminal and grounding surface. All of them help to establish a good ground. I even went as far as to ream out the hole, clean both sides of that ground point, and use a fresh bolt, a washer on either side, a lock washer and nut just to ensure the best ground possible... Then finished it off with some dielectric grease. It's a little OCD, but if you live in the rust belt, there's no such thing as overkill. Great video though!
The e brake gets a little stuck yu have to pull on the e brake release and using yur hand grab the emergency brake pedal and pull up on it at the same time the blinking e brake on dash shud go away and the chiming stops
My abs and brake light is on and my ac stops working and my transmission is acting weird but when the light go away the ac comes back on and the transmission problems are no longer there
I have the same issue on my 03 Tahoe,ABS and break light is on and A/C doesn’t work also my 4wd indicator switch doesn’t change, i’ve tried all these ground videos and still nothing. Whats the next step?
@04:00 - I wonder if blasting off all the gunk on my entire undercarriage and then putting a coat of Flex Seal paint would extend the life of my vehicle.
Very good job thanks lot

Also on my avalanche the lights were constantly on and on my Yukon it’s just an intermittent occurrence

That’s air that got into the break lines or a failed power booster.
Got to get that fixed . Very dangerous problem.

Hi Isaiah,
I think you have a fuse that’s common to all those things that needs to be replaced 👍
I have the same issue on my 03 Tahoe,ABS and break light is on and A/C doesn’t work also my 4wd indicator switch doesn’t change, i’ve tried all these ground videos and still nothing. Whats the next step?

I've decided to just ignore warning lights and electrical gremlins.
There you go, just turn up the radio😂
Put some blue painters tape over the lights 👍
I tried this already twice and nothing anything else?????

I think it would 👍
