@Samuel Karimi I wonder how much the infant death rate has effected that number. Say we have a high infant mortality rate such that one person lives to 100, but 2 children die at 1. That would make an average life expectancy of 34. Then again, if the children both lived to 20; then the same average life expectancy would put the older person at 62 when they died.

If someone has bad ideas they should be exposed in public, so that the opinion could be verified. What if 30% of people want to legalize it? That is huge amount of people to be jailed. @calviopisco Advocating for the legalization of pedophilia is not a matter of mere opinion; it's advocating for something that is fundamentally harmful and illegal. Pedophilia is a serious crime that victimizes the most vulnerable members of our society - children. It is universally condemned because it involves exploitation and abuse. A society functions on the basis of protecting its members, especially children, from harm. Therefore, suggesting its legalization goes against basic human rights and the foundational principles of a just and safe community. While everyone is entitled to their own opinions, promoting the legalization of an act that causes such profound harm is not a matter of free speech but a threat to public safety and morality.

He has helped thousands upon thousands of people restore their health through a Whole Foods plant-based diet, for over 25 years. These people on the carnivore diet won’t be alive that long - and carnivore MD has already had health problems. A friend of mine was on the diet for a year and had a sudden cardiac arrest at his desk at work last year at 50 years old. Congrats. That’s so encouraging to hear. There seems to be a direct correlation between high dietary carbs and emotional instability like anxiety and emotional variability. Carnivore provides a stable even keel for sure. More so it seems gut bacteria respond extremely well to it. In our history you could go hunting for animal meats…but you couldn’t hunt for bread. Further back starches like potatoes didn’t exist. There was no vegan or vegetarian grocery store and at points in history it was not possible to preserve large amounts of fruits and vegetables. Meat and salt have always been a big deal and a primary food source. Back then vegans and vegetarians couldn’t exist. Yet the more we seem to be able to support veganism and vegetarianism the less healthy we get as a society…I always found that interesting.

The carnivore diet is not healthier than a vegan diet, the problem is veganism means nothing in America. The things that are harming us the most are the processed foods, 99% of vegan food in America is ultra processed into oblivion. The carnivore diet cuts out the processed junk. Which is why she saw an improvement on her health. When she vegan she continued eating the foods that's were causing her health issues. Going from ice cream to dairy free ice cream is meaningless. @@ToxicSmoif I'm not sure what video you were watching but I recommend you re-watch. Specifically, Dr. Fuhrman said at 3:10:
"The science is overwhelmingly and irrefutably secure and comprehensive that phytochemicals extend human lifespan. Meat is bad and the science is irrefutable that as people eat more meat in their diet, their risk of cardiovascular and cancer death increases. Meat raises IGF1 to cancer promoting levels".
      He continued:
"We give studies more credence if they go on for decades with many hundreds of thousands of people and look at hard end points like death. EVERY STUDY that looked at increased animal product consumption showed increased risk of death. For example, a recent study of 44,000 women followed for 25 years that ranked the amount of animal products they ate versus plant products and gave them a score of 0-20 (zero would be a vegan diet. 20 would be Atkins or keto), found that for every point they increased animal products, cardiovascular death went up by 2.5%.
The Adventist Health Study published in 2001 showed that people eating more animal products had shorter life spans
The Adventist Health Study 2, in 2018, showed 5 quintiles of nut and seed intake and those in highest quintile compared to lowest had 40% lower cardiovascular death rate with a higher intake of nuts and seeds.
When they divided animal product intake into 5 quintiles, they found that those with highest intake of animal products compared to lowest had a 60% increase in cardiovascular death.
ALL THE STUDIES IN HUMAN LONGEVITY show that as people eat more high protein plant foods as a means of reducing high protein animal products in the diet, lifespan increases and we see this also in all of the blue zones."
So, if, according to the science, higher intake of animal products equtes to a shorter lifespan and higher intake of plant foods equates to a longer lifespan, how have you managed to conclude that those who eat a meat exclusive diet don't need the protection that plant phytochemicals afford?? Where is your evidence for such a ridiculous statement?
No one gets protection from disease without a high level of phytochemical consumption and phytochemicals simply aren't present in animal products.
So, the interviewers theories - for which they produced No scientific evidence - were not just dismissed with a "No" by Dr. Fuhrman, they were very firmly and scientifically rebutted.

Fuhrman's protocol for me was an absolute waste of a year searching for better health. Had a heart bypass (results of uncontrolled type two diabetes). In the first 4 months after surgery I did get A1C down to 6.3 with 2 meds by cutting out a lot of the carbs (added sugars and most grains) at the 4 month mark my ejection fraction was 37%, b p was med controlled, I took a water pill (furosimide) and I had fatty liver. I also already knew that total and LDL cholesterol was meaningless but my Trigs/HDL ration was bad at over 2 to 1. My weight was fine. One year of following Fuhrman and the next set of labs, resulted in NO change in anything. Because of a couple of family members having great results with keto/carnivore I made a switch to a very meat heavy ketovore eating with 70% of my calories from animal fats. 9 months later, ALL meds were gone with a 5.2 A1C, very good bp numbers, fatty liver was gone, Trigs/HDL ratio was now .44 to one, and most importantly to me, my hearts ejection fraction was raised to 48%. I am now 75 years old, eating full carnivore with 80% of my calories from animal fats (mostly beef trimmings or pork belly. Eating this way for the rest of my life.

A handful of years ago they started the vegan movement. I think the same puppet masters create the opposite(carnivore) to keep everyone fighting & confused. The average person with a job & barely paying bills does not have the lifestyle to be able to do any extreme kind of diet on their own, even if they could possibly benefit from it. The leaders withhold the most important information from the public as well. They all supplement minerals & are very vague about it. If they are on juice or trt, the average person isnt & that makes a huge difference. What jobs do the viewers have? Are they framers or block layers working in 100 degree weather? They would die trying to eat like a roided youtube doctor who does blood tests every month & has access to the best supplementation & understands what is actually needed to do well on any diet with juice & mineral/vitamin sups. Many of them also run on coffee for most of the day & fast on some level. The average dude will have pass out spells, get dehydrated, be completely drained of energy with or without running on coffee if they try & do on their own what they actually think the social media doctors & influencers are doing. This guest is right: "The amount of ignorance is just incredible." Unfortunately, it is spewing from his carb-hole. I started Keto 2 months ago, transitioning to full carnivore about 1 month ago. In that short time:
•My blood sugars have gone from diabetic to pre-diabetic levels and are still improving.
•My neuropathy has decreased significantly and is still improving.
•I no longer need to take an expensive array of synthetic vitamins to avoid cramps. I take no supplements at all.
•I have been exposed to people twice who had a particularly nasty virus that lasts weeks, spent hours with them indoors and not gotten sick.
•My severe "uncurable" Compulsive Skin Picking Disorder completely vanished.
•I came off all pain medication for my arthritis, tendinitis, and sciatica and feel far less pain than I did medicated and eating carbs. One ibuprofen will control any sciatic pain I have and the frequency of needing this is getting less.
•A slew of other diagnosed mental disorders seem to have disappeared which include: depression, PTSD from childhood sexual trauma, OCD, and a slew of others, not named.
•My mood is greatly improved almost to the point of sheer euphoria at times.
•I sleep better and get more rest on 6 hours sleep than I used to get on 8-10.
•I sweat far less than I used to.
•My dry skin is vastly improved and my chronically oily forehead is no longer a thing.
•I eat far less because I simply don't want to. I eat when I'm hungry.
    •Craving simple sugar is non-existant.
    •My libido is improving.
•I am losing body fat at an incredible rate.
•I am gaining muscle mass with far less time in the gym than I had to spend in my 20s on a high protein, "moderate" (but actually high) carb, low fat diet.
•I used to have to take pseudoephedrine regularly and a very specific nasal spray multiple times daily to be able to breathe due to allergies. I have not needed pseudoephedrine since going keto and not needed the spray since going carnivore.
Tell me again how I can't get everything I need from animal products and why I need to eat carbs my body makes. Maybe when you remove the phito toxins and oxalates you don't need all the other BS to fight the poison.
I also didn't go into this blind. I considered everything from vegan to keto. I didn't consider carnivore because I thought it was crazy. But as I learned more about what we evolved to eat, the bogus studies of Ancel Keyes bogus studies, and what epidemiology really is, I found what works for me. I didn't have a "team". I previously thought the "Body For Life" diet of the 90s was superior. My dad was vegan the last few years of his life. I just wanted to not be miserable. I was dying (faster than I should be). Sure, my individual experience is anecdotal. But so is all the pseudoscience that these relics of a misinformed age spew.
