I have ACL and meniscus injury from my right knee and I am still recovering from it and stop playing any contact sports which sucks but now I'm more focus with calisthenics which is great. If you can do a video on how to train to get better knees , that'll be also very helpful for people suffering from knee pain. Keep up the great video bro! Together we will come back stronger!🤜🤛
Im also suffering from lower back pain. I’m convinced it came from Handstand push-ups and bad posture .. what really helps me is stretching and a break from HSPU.
