    Is planche learn with your legs on the wall, isometric or jumping a good exercise? Better than doing it with your feet on the ground?

    Hey hristov when I planche I struggle to turn my elbows so my biceps are forward. If I force it I usually lose protraction any tips?

    • @hristov_sw
      @hristov_sw  5 днів тому +1

      @@liamcampbellEP Dont let your upper body go to retraction position when you do the external rotation with the biceps
      Do easier variations to feel the movement
      Planche lean with legs on higher position (box or other) can be used

    We have to inhale or exhale while flexing the core ?

    • @hristov_sw
      @hristov_sw  5 днів тому

      Best thing to do is to breathe while you are flexing your core. (It is hard)
      Lay on the ground with your back any lift your legs in advanced tuck position and also shoulders to not touch the ground and breathe

    • @hristov_sw
      @hristov_sw  5 днів тому +2

      Because I am using the highest position possible for the planche.
      If you lean too much, make sure you strengthen your shoulders to stop or even better to control the lean
