Russ Miller Online Classroom: Converting Moeller to the Pedals
Вставка
- Опубліковано 19 жов 2014
- In this lesson from Module 1 of the "Foot Technique Lab", Russ will be discussing and demonstrating how to convert the "Moeller" technique of the hands, to the pedals. Building speed, power and dynamics with the bass drums, is a major part of developing your "feel" and facility on the pedals. Russ demonstrates creating multiple notes, with one movement on the pedals. He also discusses creating "flurries" of notes, to mimic drum machines and create super fast singles on the feet. Also covered, is how to create a much better sound from the bass drum.

Super clear Russ thx u. I was able to get this going rather quickly.
Nice, thanks!
Russ I have the falcons too, do u keep the pedal boards up as high as u can basically?
It's like dancing on the pedals ( with dance steps included)
waht the puma shoes is that ?
Björn Schlaak Probably speed cats
looks like the heel toe method to me you're only adding a third note, but useful anyhow thanks
indeed. Looks like that to me too. I;d like to see a nice concise explanation of how moeller differs from heel-toe differs from constant release. very interchangeable according to many people... but why the names? why pretend they;re different. Or are they actually!? if so, how so?
@@RyanAlexanderBloomI stuggled to memorized those names because I feel in my instinct that they're the same.
difficult to compare.
