I have wide feet,I usually use shoes that have 29 cm insole(45),if i buy this shoes should i upsize to 46?? But in puma 45 is 29,5 cm (sorry for my bad English)

Thanks for your comment. It is true that Puma is slim overall, so it might be safer to go up about a half size.
This should run to true size? Actually i'm 295jp for nike and 290jp for adidas (both are soccer shoes)
