I have panic disorder. It happens anytime. I am calm, and all sudden I have multiple panic attacks. I am not worrying. I don't know to to cope because it's not like regular anxiety. It severe anxiety with worry. My worry comes during the moments of panic attacks and I fear death because severe racing thoughts in the moment of Panic Disorder.

Going through the same brother panic attacks, it’s Satan tryna to make us fear death when we should look forward to it we are going to a better place and our father has our back always no matter what, he’s our loving father 💙

Hey bro, I’m sorry to hear about what you’re going through. There is a level where professional help is recommended. It doesn’t mean you don’t have faith or anything like that. Sometimes a UA-cam video is just not enough for what you’re struggling with. I hope you consider this if you haven’t already 🙏🏾
