I too am on a Bipap and know that guided meditations help me tremendously . I have some very scary health issues and I seem to feel better. I'm not so negative anymore and it's not just that but my whole self everything about me feels better .

I wish you’ld have used your regular speaking voice ( as you did in the hypnosis you sent me - which btw still works for me after two years since our sessions. ) I just can’t get comfortable with this style of rendition. ( maybe because of my success two years ago) Of course I love you for how much you helped me.

hey can you help me hypnosis to have open Body Language I want this to be able to date I don't go out to meet potential partners or do it online because I feel I will do something wrong or mess something up I think past makes me feel like that around dating I us to struggle a lot with communication but I'm doing a crap ton of learning in this direction a lot of skills really deliberately and wholistically but I can get rid of this subconscious fear of messing it up like I will do it wrong and this is not how I want to try dating in this kind mentality I have been scapegoated by my family but I held it with self-work and learning I'm neurodiverse by the way I'm a sigma empath I think
